location, close to one of the best sushi restaurants I have been to, clean, good breakfast, super nice staff

everything was ok

love how close it is to the Brewers stadium and that they offer a shuttle to and from the game. Dave is the driver of the shuttle and he is awesome! The continental breakfast they offered was amazing! Lots of variety (they had chocolate soy milk and almond milk along with flavored cream cheese!) they had lots of hot options as well like eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. We had an accident in the bathroom with a glass shelf and the woman at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) was very prompt in coming to the room to take care of it and and offered to switch our room but it wasn’t necessary.

the pool and hot tub were closed, I’m sure there was a good reason I just didn’t ask.

Definitely loved the stay we had. Best breakfast I ever had while staying at a hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. If you are going to a game, they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up . Driver we had (Dave) was super friendly

water pressure in the shower sucked and didn’t have hot water till the next day.

the room was very nice and comfortable. the hotel was clean and bar staff was fun.

The pool and hot tub were closed, which I felt we should have been compensated a little for that with how it was told to us, a sign at the front desk. I mentioned something and was very disappointed. I received a lousy $5 of their bar/restaurant and a simple “do you want to cancel” with an attitude. I work in the hospitality business, we call guests if something like this happens to warn them. Even day of, especially with the technology of messages and texting.

They let us cancel our reservation upon arrival.

Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. Not much available parking spots.

the bed was a little uncomfortable, but other than that I was a nice stay. Staff is cool and the restaurant is very good!!

The breakfast was better than we were expecting. My kids and I found plenty of options. The staff was very attentive to us and keeping the food stocked.

property was good, facility was clean and inviting.

faucet in the bathroom late so everything got wet. As soon as we realized that we told the front desk and they apologized we were checking out anyway, not a big deal.

Our room was very clean, staff was friendly & very helpful… Amazing experience for the price. If we visit milwaukee again, we will be staying here.
