A welcome room and location after a long day of travel. Arrived at night, so didn’t get to see the beautiful view of the water until daytime. Everything was clean, attractive and comfortable.

The customer service was impeccable. All of the ladies were so friendly and engaging. The hotel was so nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The cafe had excellent coffee and customer service. And loved the manatee theme throughout. Great location on the water, too. We stopped here for a one night stay on a road trip and now plan to return for a longer stay, and a kayak tour! Highly recommend Paddletail!

Hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, area is safe. My only complaint is my wife didn’t sleep well as walls are thin. She has great hearing & could hear all the families around & above us. Staff was very courteous & accommodating.

Just took great experience. They’ve done a great job since the hurricane!

It is a very nice place. Very clean right near the Gulf water with special stay packages like manatee tours, scalloping, kayak adventures staff is great very helpful and friendly,we had a couple of small things like the room we got didn't have a bathtub as advertised so they moved us right away to another room but after a short while the TV stopped working and again they moved us to yet another room. We stayed another night at a discounted rate and the rest of our stay was pleasant. Coffee and breakfast pastries are excellent as well at the little breakfast store inside the office area

Padddletail staff we're friendly and helpful. Stacy had to be bothered several times with our needs when we first checked in . She was gracious and willing to accommodate. The place was pretty and set up nicely.

Reserved a room with a king-sized bed. After checking in, I hauled our luggage up to the room (2nd floor and no elevator) just to find out it was a room with two double beds. Had to haul the luggage back down, go back to the front desk and finally was able to get a king-sized room (handicapped). Beds were not comfortable to me but everyone has their own taste. Went to the coffee shop, in the morning, for a donut and coffee. Coffee was not good and donut was definitely not fresh. Property was very clean and in a fantastic location!

I must say in all my travels I have never stayed in a place that was so friendly. Everything was excellent except the bathroom was too small for a larger person.

the stay was nice but it would have been nice to be warned of the construction going on right outside our room. Luckily we are not late sleepers because the noise from the crew while not extremely loud was noticeable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not something that kept us from getting a good rest. We are very happy with our experience!

Wonderful staff. The place looks really nice after the renovation we were here just before the brand change. The staff and hotel did an excellent job considering the hurricane and what it did to their homes, one who mentioned she lost hers permanently, still she was friendly and helpful for checkin.
