Not the best but not the worst kind of dark when we pulled up didn't know where the front entrance was window was damaged in the room and the tub was kind of wonky was only there for 36 hours so didn't really complain

Cheapest option in area, but got what paid for. Receptionist was extremely cold! Would have preferred a kiosk over the gal that maintained a phone call on speaker throughout my checkin process. If other options, better go elsewhere. Otherwise it worked for a night.

I got my key and went to my room. I was told to go to one entrance, but when I did that it was a long way to my room. The room had no lock on the door and the window shades would not go all the way down. I asked for a new room and they have me a room that already had someone in it. I went back to the front desk and was given a new room that was acceptable. In the first room, before heading to desk I tried to call the front desk and I let it ring 20 times and they wouldn't pick up. While I was at the desk the phone rang and they ignored it.

We had a horrible stay. The front desk was unhelpful when our upstairs neighbors stomped all night, we had dogs barking in the hall ways, and there was no concern for customer service. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Desk clerk was super nice. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfaat was available. Hotel was decorated for Christmas. Very nice would stay here again!

The clean was not up poor the vending machine the snacks chips all outdated the maintenance inside the building the carpet they don't vacuum every visit I have been there was poor they really need to upgrade the rooms more better sanitize they don't do in the rooms throughout the whole stay they really need to get it together inside the rooms I don't most of them doesn't work properly just throughout the whole building on the inside need a makeover clean properly and sanitize it shouldn't be that way but it is they need to clean and some workers to come clean cuz they do not clean I visit the hotel several times no vacuum food all over the floor in the hallway chips and everything cups paper all the visit there they really need to get it together

There was an awful stain on the wall above the window that I could tell has been there for awhile. Looks like black mold Also the underneath of the bed was so filthy and littered with random garbage. I didnt even stay here more than a few hours out of fear of getting sick.

Check in was tedious, the clerk struggled to find the reservation. We were not offered 2 keys and had to ask. The toilet was not functioning correctly and when I called the desk twice there was no answer. My son had to fix it. Had great difficulty finding help when I needed it at the front desk. The clerks seemed very confused and when I checked out and explained about the toilet, he looked confused as well. There was also no fire alarm in the room it was very disappointing.

Trashy hotel. A little worse for the wear. But it is difficult to get an affordable room in Kansas City for a weekend night without pre-planning a few weeks in advance.

You cannot beat this stay for the price - close to downtown, ample parking and very clean. There is a laundry very accessible for guests. Would stay there again.

It was great . Clean and friendly . Plenty of grass for dogs . Mexican restaurant right next door also a dispensary down the street and Kc wheel down the street .

Refused my credit card because I made a mistake on making reservation and put in wrong month for card expiration. I told them I would find somewhere else to stay. And another guest was complaining about no sheets on beds and filthy room. I do not recommend this place!!!

My husband was a patient at KU hospital. It was very late 12:30am, when I checked in. The entrance was not marked at all so I guessed which door to enter to register. The lady at the desk was ok. My room was in another wing of the building that was a good walk away. I just needed a place to get some sleep for a few hours. There were NO outlets to charge electronics. I don’t want to be unnecessarily critical but I would not recommend it if you need more than an over night stay. Especially for a single women.

Dirty dated broken blow dryer bed was sunken. Someone wrote with pen on the mirror towels were worthy of rags. Barely dried

The staff were unpleasant to guest. Very demanding. Messed up my hotel stay the 1st night I purchased room. Wasn’t very friendly.

The people working were nice but unfortunately the hotel was dirty and run down. I did not feel safe in the area. Will not be staying here again.
