It was a good location in frisco to get to all the ski spots. But I didn’t know it was a dog hotel lol. To many dogs and there was no privacy in the room . Bathroom right on top of the beds ,with a slide door . Everybody went to the lobby to go to bathroom. Will I go there again , probably not . Will just find a spot in Breckenridge. To stay but was clean and convenient to go to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Vail

We checked into our room late and had a great experience. I bought a microwave pizza but no one told me there was no way to cook it in our room. Not so happy about that.

The bed is comfortable. The room is clean and quiet. Bathroom is clean but I think it’s not so private especially when you do your business. Breakfast is an additional $20 per person.

Nice, newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Area is not great, it's right next to the highway, but otherwise a comfortable place to stay,

Enjoyed our stay. Requested room with pullout sofa. Although contacted the hotel in advance, the pullout was not setup. After contacting the front desk, someone dropped off linens at the room but refused to setup the pullout; considering what we paid, it should have been done for us. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. Breakfast was quite good. Not sure why the hotel choses to charge for parking for an outdoor open lot in a town like this.

Check in was good and easy but I had to clean my room from dust. I’m allergic to dust and when I wiped down the bed and tables my washcloth was dirty, like dark grey. This is not the only hotel I have to do this but seriously people, we need to do better cleaning.

We booked thru Expedia. Room charge was $ The room was unacceptable. It was to be a suite on the 6th floor. It was on two levels, connected by a iron circular stair.
We are in our eighties, and the bed was upstairs, inaccessible to us. We requested a change, which was done to a regular room, #532. I have been billed an additional $ for room #532 by the hotel. I see now that I have been billed $ by AC Hotel Marriott .
I will dispute this charge.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work. I called the desk and they told me to reset it. That didn’t work. I called back 2x and no one answered. I understand it’s not anyone’s fault but it was so hot in our room. It was an expensive splurge at the end of a long trip and it wasn’t worth it because I couldn’t sleep.
I complained to the front desk in the morning and they had a repair guy come but we were checking out in 1 hour. They could have discounted my cost.

friendly and helpful front desk, very clean, updated rooms with hardwood floors and a large TV in the room, nice pool and hot tub, nice workout room, bonus to have ice and water machines on each floor along with water containers to keep in your rooms, conveniently located to nearby grocery store and restaurants and easy on/off access to I-70. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in this area.

They charged an additional $10 to park in their unimpressive parking lot, and additional for breakfast. This is exactly why we don't stay in 4 star hotels generally.

Great hotel for a family time! The staff is always looking to help. We had a terrific family time in the outdoor jacuzzi! Freezing but warmth and relaxing.
