Noisy. I heard noise from the room above me in the middle of the night.

We booked a room and arrived on September 23. The front desk clerk, a white man was so unprofessionals having an impolite attitude. The room beds were ok, but toilet sit broken and loose, smelly cabinets and room entirely.. worst, the so call breakfast is a joke, some dried oranges forgotten in a corner of the table, some small bowls which were supposed to be use for milk and cereal… spoons for stirring not for breakfast.. broken windows screens along the complex.. dirty windows glasses which perhaps were not clean In years.. due to that, knowing that the refund was not even possible, we moved to another hotel. Expedia must be more into the business when is about reviewing the notes submitted by others.

The staff was VERY accommodating. I was in town for a funeral, it was a very trying week. I had to extend my stay, which was accommodated with NO issue. Housekeeping was courteous as I was working remote during the day. They provided me with exactly what I needed and managed to clean up even more while I wasn't looking! Wished I would have had a refrigerator in the room, but the morning coffee was NEEDED and delicious.

It was nice and quiet, breakfast was welcoming, staffs were nice, parking was free and everyone who was there seemed to be enjoying themselves, We did too.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in the furniture was nasty and filthy the bed was fitted with a lumpy cover. The lamp was old and the cover constantly shattered even though I tried to tighten it. The shower was remodeled nicely but leaked. There was never anyone at the desk. The cleaning lady was very nice and helped with the mess in the shower. They advertised breakfast but offered none. I would not recommend this to anyone and to get a bill for over $500 is despicable to say the list. Never got a bill until we got home. Thanks Expedia!’

for the cost it is not worth it. Room do not have even the basic facilities like a kettle / coffee maker or refrigerator or microwave or iron board. bathrooms are small and don't even and a wash basin or mirror.

Cockroaches in the room. Walking barefoot in the room the bottoms of my feet were black - I wore shoes the rest of the time. No microwave, coffee machine, or fridge. Breakfast was laughably terrible. Front desk woke me up with a call at 1:00am looking for someone with a loud TV. AVOID!

Room clean, quiet with good bed as usual. A printed guide to current zTV stations would be helpful, perhaps available on request at front desk. “Breakfast” has become less than minimal.
