The room and property smelled like a grease trap, which I suspect was due to the Hooters next door but not sure. I left and went to an Airbnb two miles away that was twice as nice for half the price.

The lady at check-in was very understanding of my wants and accomedated me well. I forget her name but she was great. There were some stains on my sheets the 1st day I was there and it was hard to get someoneto come change them so i just chalked it up and waited for room servocr to come change them the next day. Other than that it was an overall good experience

The location is convenient to downtown Louisville. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel could use some updating (peeling wallpaper and stained carpets) however our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

we had a club suite, the living room area was disgusting…carpet had multiple stains, the couch needed to be thrown away, chairs were stained.
we paid for club service, only to find out that the club room was closed on the weekends.
The view was fantastic, but that was it!!!

We stayed one night, the room and bed were clean and comfortable. We had a car so I can’t comment on walk-ability. Across the street is Upland Brewery with nice outside seating for dinner or drinks.

The rooms were semi cleaned. Our first room had what looked like blood stains on the blankets. Was moved to a new room and there were stains all over the carpet. Hotel is pet friendly which is great but there were no pet relief areas.

All staff was so kind and accommodating except for one. They made my kids laugh and tolerated their wild times as I was on business. Room was very nice, we did leave early due to the pool being closed

very happy with our stay. It was clean, comfortable, great view, and quiet. My only complaint is that there was no mini fridge in the room. very disappointing that we couldn't keep our drinks cold for the next days travel.

The hotel was dated. The carpet was dirty and stained. The bed squeaked every time I moved. We asked a few times for the hot tub to be turned on and the front desk called maintenance several times. There was another guest who was in the hot tub too and had asked about turning it on. He said he saw the maintenance person in the restaurant next door (Hooters) hanging out with the servers. The maintenance person came in to close the pool at 10 and turned on the hot tub and sat by it. I addressed it with the front desk at check out and they gave me one free breakfast. We won’t be staying there again.

Nice property, the room was a different story. Only 1 washrag, NO soap in the shower, , no ice machines, I had to go to the front desk. They sent me to the bar for ice .
