It was good price for the night. Rooms were clean. Checking in the lady was very slow and hard to understand and rude.

This hotel was so nice when I found out I was in the remodel hotel part. Then later on I found out that they had poor cleaning I found things on the refrigerator down to dirty sheets I contracted management they did nothing even the head housekeeper was rude and nasty. I end up was rushed out my room so they could rush clean it for the best guess. I end up leaving something and when I returned the house keeper had my item plus something else on her cart as if she won’t turning it in to the front desk. The management was contacted an I got into it with him over saying I would leave a bad review then he got nasty with me instead of addressing his staff.

This place needs help, so old and furniture is falling apart, lamps are rusted out. Bed was less than stellar, but you get what you pay for i guess. Stayed here because of location to the outlets but wont again. The lobby is decent and nice but not indicative of the rooms.

The pictures advertised are beyond deceiving! Room was filthy, bed was covered in stains & I paid for a balcony room that doesn’t exist. I ended up leaving 20 minutes later. Never again!!

The accommodation was very comfortable however the parking was a bit difficult as it was right off the road and next to the parking lot of a very busy restaurant.

Had to fight to get towels. Not very friendly. Lost power for over 4 hours and the staff no clue when did not even report the outage to the power company. Room was acceptable for the price we paid. Pool was nice.

The two i didn't like was the room wasn't ready on-time and a storm knocked the power out so we was in the dark for hours like four hours and they didn't compensate us at all

Upon receiving power after an outage, my girlfriend noticed bed bugs and we immediately requested another room, the only other available room had a line of dirt on top of the covers. I spoke with the night manager who was very courteous, understanding and did his best with the situation. I would not recommend others stay here in fear that they may have the same problem.

Had old small in the room, beds was super uncomfortable and low to the floor, sofa bed was very thin and very old.

I’m not picky as far as where I sleep when on vacation. This place is not what was pictured. We were looking for a place for an overnight stay on our way to OBX. It is close to downtown Williamsburg, but it is not clean. The breakfast was very limited and when we were there, the toilets in the main lobby were broken and leaking all over the place. The smoking area had garbage and cigarette butts all over. The parking isn’t the greatest, especially for handicapped people. It probably was a nice hotel years ago, but it is very dated and it has not been kept up.
