Third stay at this property. Well maintained, friendly staff, and breakfast is not bad. After the nightmare drive through Charlotte, this is a good spot to unwind and relax for the evening. Will stay again.

Spent several nights here over Thanksgiving holiday. Room was a great size for 2 people staying several days. Very clean, staff friendly, helpful. Good location. Definitely will stay here again. TP rating-9

I'm not sure how this hotel has wonderful reviews. The shower mat was moldy as well as the caulking. The sheets smelled like body odor. The walls were thin. I heard slamming doors all night as well as the upstairs people waking around. Location was decent.

The man who checked us in was on his phone via earbuds on a personal call and never spoke to me , other than to say he needed my ID and credit card, and “sign here.”
Whatever they use to clean had a strong odor that burned my sinuses and throat.

The room we ended up with was not what we reserved. The fragrance in the hallways was so strong it made eyes water. Room smell was not bad.

Hotel smelled musty, tv did not work, breakfast was not good. Only one staff member in the hotel at all times, no maintenance personnel on site. Pillows were too soft and tiny, shaped more like a square than rectangular, so not very comfortable.

The night staff was charging people for their dogs cash & she left nothing for breakfast. The rest of the staff was helpful & kind.

Hotel lobby is a very clean and modern. Once we got into the room we found there was no power on one side of the room, the phone didn't work so we went back to the desk. The clerk followed us back to the room, tried flipping switches then asked my husband to follow him to the electrical panel and then call me while he flipped some more switches. After 30 minutes the correct switch was flipped and there was power. Not complaining about the clerk, he did what he could to help, but for $160 a night, I think it would have been good business to give us another room instead of playing Tim the Tool man.

People rave about breakfast here. How can so many people be wrong? Minimal breakfast. Couldn’t find any cold water. They offered cold hard boiled eggs, no hot food except for waffles. One type of boxed juice which was a combination of orange and carrot. Yogurt. Some bread, not much variety there and that’s pretty much it as far as food goes. It’s great if you want to stuff yourself with unhealthy carbs, but that’s the best I can say about it. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean. When I went out for breakfast the man attending the front desk was looking at his phone and barely looked up to acknowledge me.

Nice place, no complaints about the hotel itself. Typical issues with other guests -- allowing doors to slam late at night... Just rude, discourteous, and obnoxious...
The included breakfast was okay, the staff were polite and genial. I would stay here again if the need arose.

The hotel is very nice. It won’t blow your socks off but it’s a place to stay when on the road. Very friendly staff. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the Breakfast. To be honest it was very out dated. I’ve been to way worst hotels than this one and they had a way better breakfast. BUT THIS HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND GETS THE JOB DONE
