I haven’t stayed at this hotel since it became the Graduate. The front desk employee was very friendly and quick. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Hotel theme in the lobby is very student library look but the rest of the hotel is so oddly decorated. You go from plaid carpet which I loved I’ve never seen it before to a cow and pig wallpaper and very country looking in the hallway on the 3rd floor. The room was also a different motif it was antique looking furniture with sport theme art on the wall. With the old fashioned silhouette photos of a man and a woman.

Clean, nice people, very nice lobby and fantastic breakfast. But old rooms. Didn’t smell fresh.

Great locally-themed hotel close to everything I needed for my visit for the annual book festival.

Great locally-themed hotel close to everything I needed for my visit for the annual book festival.

The room was great until something happened that caused all the lights, TV and fridge to quit working! But other than that hiccup the rooms at the Graduate are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. The bar, however, always seems to close very early, which is disappointing after a concert.

very old (1984 built) rooms, horrible odor in the corridor and in the room, had breathing issue soon, no water in the tub, could not take bath. had to spent lot of time figuring out where is the fridge.
