Dirty, many things didn’t worked- was there for 10 days, hard getting things reapaired.

Our bed was broken. No towels in hotel. Had to wait til next day to shower. Room was not serviced while we were there. Had to ask for toilet paper. Room smelled like something died in room. Was nothing like the pictures on line. Staff was polite. Pool was filthy. Could not use

Asked for room cleaning out was not done. Checked out a day early because of wheather and was not checked out so hotel stole a days stay instead of refunding it.

I came into the room and the floor was wet so I assumed that housekeeping had just mopped well as time went on the floor never dried so I thought maybe it was the toilet or shower leaking I couldn’t figure it out I called to have the room cleaned and they never came so on the last night my the tv remote didn’t work so another had to help me maintaince would not come they gave the guest that was helping me another without the back on it so I didn’t get my room cleaned so I had to get my own towels and toilet paper and my bed broke and I basically woke up to a flood I couldn’t charge my phone because it said liquid in the room I feel with all of this I want all of my money back I couldn’t take pictures because my phone was dead and it wouldn’t allow me to charge it because of liquid in the room and I let the night auditor know and said she knew about that room so I should had never been given that room

Worse hotel I have ever been to. My room was switched three times because the TV was not working in each room, the floor panels were coming up, the third room had no hot water, people were smoking weed outside my door and the treadmill was broken.

Although this is s an older property, it is still well maintained. Each employee was friendly that we spoke to. Good location. Would consider staying again.

We spent just over a week here in july this year. Other than the bed being harder than i prefer we enjoyed our stay here.

The First room they gave us the bed linens were dirty. The second room they put us in had no remote for the T.V and the air conditioner was not cold

If I could rate it as a zero, I would. The bed springs were broken on one side of the bed. The floors were “weeping”. Yes…weeping. They were constantly wet! When using a towel to try and dry them, the towel was disgusting!! Telling me, the floors were not mopped haven’t been mopped in awhile. My clothes hanging were damp, simply from being in the room. Hairdryer was a piece of crap! Overall… it was GROSS! I will NEVER stay at another Baymont!

Although having to wait for our room upon arrival due to high turnover the staff was great at getting us into the room as quickly as possible.

Mold in the showers, rust on the walls due to ironing board, sheets were stained, hillbillies throwing parties in the parking well after midnight, cockroaches in the lobby, every evening the key card would be demagnetized, just a terrible place to stay on a family vacation.
