Great place to stay as you arrive in Tampa or just the night before an early flight. 7min trip at 5am to return car. This is my 7th stay. Will be here again next December for my next visit.

I waiting over 20 minutes to check in to the hotel, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me in the line. It was late and I was tired. It took me a while to find my room and the path to get to it was poorly lit. The room was very basic. No water bottle. The bedding was very lightweight. I was very cold throughout the night. This is a very basic hotel. I prefer some more perks. The shuttle driver was really lovely.

We only stayed one night waiting for our cruise but we both agreed that we could stay for a week if we were staying in Tampa. People were pleasant, helpful, and accomadating.

Arrived late evening so we just stayed but in retrospect we should have found another spot. Room was freezing and heater never pushed out heat.
Real cockroach (not palmetto bug) means dirty not just location.
Bed hard and top cover dirty. Didn't dare sit on couch,
Housekeeping staff stood outside our room talking loudly (6 of them) for about an hour. Obviously they do that instead of clean.

We did not need the high chair. We a had a good experience. Our stay was interrupted twice by maintenance becase of a leaky water heater (discovered on second visit by maintenance). My wife did not like that our kids sleep was disturbed by second visit because of power tools needed.

Good stay for a night before a cruise. It's a fully furnished suite, with full kitchen. Breakfast was good with enough options. They also will shuttle you anywhere within 5 miles which was a huge plus.

The hotel was located in a great location with a great view of the water. The staff and rooms were great, you felt like family and you wanted to stay forever. The location is close to the airport and the Bahama Breeze was within walking distance for great food. It's may favorite place to stay in Tampa.

Well the hotels are over crowded due to the storm. Seems many individuals are living there. Nice staff. Parking was a little over crowded but still room for all cars. We saw 6 German roaches. One I understand but 6 in just a few hours! Asked for a room change and none were available. So we asked for a refund and they completely understood. Obviously someone else was put in that room.

The pool was heated and clean but only like 3 loungers for the whole area. Don't forget they did have a hurricane recently so their was a lot of areas damaged. The breakfast was kinda blah 😞 .. bigger coffee cups would have been nice - maybe a better food selection

Overall, I just felt like the pictures do not show what the property truly looks like...I was disappointed I paid that much for what it was, I would have spent the money to go to something closer to channelside.

We needed a place to catch a few hours' sleep before a 6 AM flight. The room was very nice, well appointed, and it's a shame we really couldn't use or appreciate its amenities! Hubby enjoyed the oversize shower. We appreciated being able to leave or large suitcases in the lobby and are grateful to the night manager for waking up and helping us retrieve them at 3:30AM!

It's hidden away, but still very near everything in Tampa. The room was huge, with a living area, full kitchen w/eat at bar and extremely quiet. We will definitely stay there again. It's also pet friendly! Next time we will bring our dog.

Absolutely filthy place to stay. Broken air conditioning, trash on the sidewalk and 81 degrees inside. Even though its no smoking, place smells of cigarettes. Filthy carpets at least 20 years old, moldy, holes in ceiling and peeling paint. Such neglect, stay away.

The staff is very friendly, the hot breakfast was very good each day, the pool area was very nice, bed was very comfortable, and it's very close to the airport as well as plenty of restaurants and downtown Tampa. The room was a little dated and the floor hadn't been swept well.

Very difficult to find our room in the dark. There were no directional signs on the building to indicate where our room number was. I had to use my phone flashlight to see the number in the door.
Our door key stopped working the next morning. Maintenance had to come let us back in.
The breakfast choices were poor and limited. There was no coffee available.
