Hotel is historic and bar is beautiful. Rooms were outdated though and very understaffed for check ins (waited 10 mins)!

This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others.

You definitely get what you pay for at the St. Regis. Beautiful property, a gorgeous hotel in a great spot to see everything Washington has to offer.

Absolutely not worth the price. The staff was rude and not what you’d expect from a saint Regis. There’s zero view from this hotel and considering the vast choices of actual luxury hotels in the area, you’re better off trying one of the other ones.

Came in on a last minute business trip, was able to book the room we needed for business meetings while the staff made sure all our needs were taken care of .
