Stay was wonderful! The staff was the absolute best and the room was simple, but had what we needed. Check in was super easy and breakfast was great!!

Beautiful stay. Across the street from a beautiful park as well as seating across the parking lot overlooking the river. Checking was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable

We would go back. It wasn't bad at all for the price. Beds kind of hard and no decent breakfast food. Clean enough but kind of an old place. Could have used a freshening up.

Room was in quite good condition, just minor issues. Beds and bedding were comfortable and nice. Breakfast had minimal options, but did the job. I would stay there again.

Out dated, looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling, the room was clean, the front desk was amazing.

Property needs renovating. The tv had no selections. Reruns and old stations; a couple of current stations. Shower seemed to have painted over mildew. No safety mat in the bathtub. No brochure on what attractions are nearby. No paper and pen with the hotel branding so I could take notes. The place was okay for a place to rest my head for a couple of nights.

The place is ok for a night on the road. Night shift was just ok, but a bit distracted and messed up the credit card charges. In the morning the breakfast service was a bit better.

The room was fine. You could use some updating, but it was nice and clean no curtains on the windows I noticed, but it did have blinds. Other than that. It was still comfortable stay.

The grounds around the motel were dirty, with old cigarette buds or similar discards. The location has very few options for eating out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The receptionist who worked night shift (michael) was one of the friendliest and stand up people we met on our entire trip. We got to the hotel at around midnight and he accomodated all of our needs and let us grab some bananas before breakfast officially started. Very good stay.

River was not what it looked like in the pictures. Counter lady was very nice during check-in. I would be going back if going that way in the future.

This property does not try to be what it is not - a high end accommodation. It is old, clean, comfortable and half the rate of other hotels in Rexburg - as it should be. The bed was very comfortable. The easy chair was great. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay for the 12 hours we were there. I would recommend blackout curtains. The wide slat wood blinds were sufficient for privacy, but we had trouble sleeping due to the large amount of light the blinds could not block.
