They were remodeling so the breakfast wasn't available but to compensate for it, the room rate was lowered. It's all good though.

There was no breakfast even though it says breakfast on the website that's why I booked it. We'll be there next month too so hopefully there be free breakfast there now.

It was quiet.
No sign on the office door stating as to where to check in since the office was being remodeled. Luckily a staff member came out and guided us to a room that was being used as the office. Was disappointed there wasn't a substitute for no continental breakfast since the office was being remodeled.

the bed was very comfortable! The flowers hanging on the outside were beautiful!! The woman who checked us in smiled the whole time.

Great location for Yellowstone West entrance.
Had a personal situation that the staff accommodated with no issues
Had a funky smell upon first walking in. Possibly a cheap disinfectant, which is good they had cleaned it but the smell was bit off putting.

Be careful- the hotel charged me twice for the same stay and refused to provide a refund. The receptionist was very unhelpful and rude, zero customer support. Overall the hotel was not nice and very outdated.

The beds sucked big time and the pillows were as flat as a piece of paper and only one per person so couldn't even double

check in was easy and the front desk person was wonderful
the bed was hard as a rock and at 845am (check out wasn’t till 11am) housekeeping banged on the door 3 times in 30 minutes after being told we were sleeping.

Suited a picky eater in our group and our son enjoyed it. We had plans with our daughter. Very convenient location for us. Staff was very pleasant and informed us of leaving our pillows we came and retrieved them. We thank them for that
All was nice. I didn’t know of the breakfast you had. Not your fault. My spouse didn’t tell me. Liked the temperature control worked well for us to warm up the room and turn it down for sleeping. We enjoyed the stay no real complaints

Bathroom needs caulked to help from mold etc.
