Our bed was absolutely horrible didn’t sleep at all. The reason I picked this place for the second time was the nice fire pit outside and it was broken very disappointed The toilet seat in room 307 is broken and pinched my thigh. So I think next time we come up we will stay somewhere else.

Excellent location, which was a double edged sword. Extremely close to the highway, which also made the location a little noisy. However, it was very close to old town, Eureka. That meant that you could walk to the shopping and many restaurants. Easy access to the highway for Travel up or down the California coast. Very helpful and nice desk staff. Nice full breakfast too!

I can almost give this place 5 stars. The room was immaculate, the pool and hot tub area were amazing, breakfast was good, we used the complimentary limo which was a special treat. The only issue we had was with the staff. I booked on Hotels.com which asks you to enter adults and children aged 2-11. At check in I confirmed according to that we had 2 adults and 2 children although we also have two babies. While in the lobby waiting for the limo, the staff said our family size was against their room policy because of the two infants and that we would need to leave or book a second room… our oldest child is 8, there’s no way we were splitting up our family. The male was particularly rude, the female staff member eventually said they would make an exception to allow us to stay. I understand fire Marshall room capacity guidelines and the like but the way the staff handled the situation was ridiculous and unwelcoming. I wish the service matched the beautiful facilities.

Very clean room. King size bed was very comfortable. Pillows were amazing. Free Limo service was a plus. Would definitely book again!!
