This really minor, but no extra cups in bathroom. The only cups in the room were for coffee. Bathroom very small.

Excellent service from everyone

The best part of this Doubletree was the staff. All our staff interaction from the front desk to the restaurant was wonderful and friendly. Conveniently located in downtown Billings it is walkable to explore downtown. There was recent parking lot construction that we didn't know about and couldn't park in the lot. Normally would not be an issue and we would park in the parking garage but we had kayaks on top of our vehicle. So that was a challenge to find parking nearby but the security staff walks the perimeter of the property to watch over guest vehicles which is great. The lobby is clean and modern, however the elevators had a faint smell of smoker residue, which we found in the room as well. The rooms look like they need a good renovation as well. The carpet and the bathroom especially. But it wasn't horrible. The beds were clean and comfy with various firmness of pillows provided. The top floor restaurant has spectacular views of the city. And the food both for dinner and breakfast was amazing!

Parking was difficult; driving into entrance impossible due to 1 way. First checking in took along time. At one time, 3 people working at desk would not acknowledge my presence for over 2 minutes. No one else was in line!

Nothing special here. Just a basic room with a pile of dirt and hair behind the bathroom door. Light switches and lighting not set up in convenient ways. Main parking lot extremely small and overflow parking garage wasn’t identified very well on its location. Thankfully there was an enclosed walkway that connected the parking garage to the hotel. The hotel and room was overpriced for what you get. The kids did enjoy getting a cookie upon arrival, but were then disappointed to find nuts in them. I don’t foresee myself staying here again.

We called the front desk but they said tuff luck. We both had a difficult time sleeping. We asked for a late check out but still had housekeeping walk in on us. My husband was butt naked. No knocking or warning. The room itself appeared to be clean for the most part. We had paid a lot for this room and was pretty disappointed. Wish we would have settled for a basic room. We probably wouldn't come back next time.

I love staying at the DoubleTree! It is always clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, great walkability to restaurants and bars, easy to find when you come off the freeway, and of course, the warm cookies when you check in.

Had to call down for towels and loud people after 12 pm. Very unhapy

I checked in on time on 8/9/24 and was given a room. For some reason the computer showed I was a mo show and on Saturday morning at approximately 9am they rented my room to someone else who was trying to enter the room while I was in it luckily. That person was angry and went down to the desk to complain. When I went down right after that is when I was told the computer showed I was marked as a no show. When I went to check out on 8/11/24 I asked for a copy of my bill and was told there was still a no show charge that was showing which she did delete. I have stayed there several times prior without issue but was extremely unhappy with this last experience.

They gave us a room key to a room that was occupied. In addition, they cannot find my confirmation number and now I’m in charged twice and trying to get a refund with no phone number to call for help
