The Restaurant in hotel had Happy Hour until 7pm, I arrived at 6:45 was not waited on until 7:01 even after motioning to bar tender, then was told Happy Hour was over. Chicken order was extremely dry.

The hotel had been newly renovated and is a big improvement from my previous stay. I love the new look of the lobby, bar, and guest rooms. I did not see nor hear any construction so I am assuming all renovations is now complete. Service was great as usual, and the free airport shuttle is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

My stay was excellent. There was no more construction as mentioned in other reviews, it appears that renovations have been completed, everything looks nice and new. The restaurant and bar was great value and the service overall was fantastic. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hotel is under construction. Not a big deal, I get it. Sooner or later they all need an upgrade. They should disclose this when booking. Rooms are ok at best. They need an upgrade forsure. A/C in room is super noisy. Bathrooms are small, shower heads are too low. (Im not a tall person BTW). Not many other options in the area but it is what it is I guess.

The stay was good, but they are still under construction so there is that. So there are things strewn about on the lower floor and newer the pool area, one elevator isn't working. The staff were using the elevator so much I had to take the stairs down with my bags.

There was construction going on was a terrible inconvenience. I was told to call the manager which I have tried to contact several times for a refund and nothing. Hasn’t even bothered to call me or contact me

The room was nice, modern, spacious, and very clean. The shower worked well and the soap smelled great. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Nowhere in their website says that the hotel is under renovation, the restaurant is a mess. The rooms are old and moldy. It wasn’t a good experience for me.
I got there around 4, the guy from the front desk said to me the restaurant was closed but you can call room service, Voice mail full,4:30 still nothing. Call the front desk, different person of course different answer, told me now that restaurant opens at 5:00. I was very surprised to find a Sheraton in such a bad shape.

Overall it served its purpose. A quick stay before we had to depart to the airport.
However, we were kept up all night by the AC, and the beds were painfully small. The entire front desk area was under construction and we were unable to purchase snacks and drinks.
The front desk staff, and taxi driver, were excellent and I had no complaints.

The hotel is old and shows its age: peeling wallpaper, stained bathroom walls, noisy AC unit, worn hallway carpet. We were disappointed at the overall poor condition of the hotel. The “ restaurant “( a sectioned off part of a large meeting room) was very uninviting .

Very convenient and close to airport. Free shuttle service on the hour was nice. Rooms are clean but a bit outdated. The AC/heater unit must’ve been older. My allergies developed really bad from the poor ventilated AC/heater unit and I was sick from it.
