Best place to relax. The property is pretty big and lot to do around this area. All of the staff were super nice. The only thing is you can't swim at the beach. They have a big pool with a bar and restaurants at the facility. You could walk to other restaurants also. They had a cab service and you could do Uber which is way cheaper than a cab.

Staff was friendly and the infinity pool is amazing. The restaurants inside the property are great, especially Las Casitas.

Nice property, clean rooms, great pool, safe environment. We enjoyed the resort although we wouldn’t go back to PV in the summer, it’s too hot and humid.

We recently stayed for eight nights at the Marriott puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. While the weather was hot and the humidity high during the second week of August, everything else was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining and food services. Although the food is priced on the higher side, it was well worth it. The hotel and resort were impeccably clean.

Exceeded our expectations. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place. The rooms were great and clean. The pool was a great way to start our day in the sun. It was clean and well maintained. It overlooked the ocean and had a beautiful view. It was warm yet refreshing In the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great. I highly recommend staying at a non-all inclusive as it allowed for us to experience many things off property and food was way better than daily buffets. It was walking distance to the marina which had a variety of restaurants and shops. And it was only a $15 taxi down to the Melecon boardwalk. It was a great location. Felt super safe. We’d walk to the marina in the afternoon/night and it was safe and entertaining. I especially enjoyed the noodles at Mikado, the fresh catch and churros at Las Casitas, the Peruvian ceviche at the Tequila bar, and the sliders at Champions. My husband enjoyed the breakfast at La Estancia. Great stay!

You can tell the property is a bit older; kudos to the staff for working hard to keep it clean and inviting. The check in and out was smooth. The pool was small but totally met our needs. The staff were friendly and we felt very safe while there. It has nothing to do with the Marriott; there is a huge unfinished/abandoned looking building across from the hotel that’s a bit of an eyesore but otherwise, the Marina area was lovely.

Excellent experience at the Marriott Puerto Vallarta. The area is very convenient, close to town and to the airport. The beach is nice and quiet. The gym is big and well equipped. The restaurants offer very good options and the room is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable, several plugs for connecting your devises, reliable internet connection. The bathroom with the shower is the best. The Mexican service is second to none. Overall, a great experience.
