Overall the experience with our stay was good. A lot of outside and above noise which was ok but the fighting and loudness of people in the parking lot was hard to sleep! Not sure if that was just bad luck or is that’s normal for people that stay there! We didn’t eat breakfast because it was over by 9am I choice to sleep in after concert the night before!

I travel quite a bit, and spend many nights in less expensive hotels. They urban boutique hotel is by far the best I stayed in. I am normally concerned about three areas:
First, cleanliness, this hotel gets 10 stars. Second, Internet connection, once again 10 stars, very fast Internet connection.
Third, breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel was as good if not better than many restaurant breakfast. If I am in the Greenville area, I will drive extra miles to stay here again.

I didn’t get to come because of Hurricane Helene. Ive tried calling the hotel but the line isn’t working. I’ve left 2 messages but no response. I would like a refund or at another at a later date. Please help me!!

The staff was closing the breakfast 30 min before breakfast was done. I felt like the lady was watching me to finish. I didn't like that. Also why couldn't you bring back your food to room. I am paying for a service, I should be able to do what I want. Also some people didn't speak English at all, so that was frustrating. The showers and bathrooms were cracked, floors torn up. They need to renovate that place a little.

I've staid here twice. I usually have a lot of luggage as I'm going camping the next 3 days, so I like the convenience of a motel and pulling up to your room. The rooms are really clean and nice. They have renovated the motel in the last few years. It's only 1 1/2 miles to downtown and really close to 385. There is a sports bar across the street and a Harris Teeter down the road. Great value.

Room didn’t have microwave even though it was advertised. There were some very shady characters staying at the hotel that made me extremely uncomfortable. The room smelled of bleach and was not pleasant.

It was an updated room by poor contractors. The location is horrible. All you hear at night is the traffic. The Monday night (2:39 am) dumpster slams were a plus.

The word urban boutique is misleading. I would say very basic with a flimsy mattress and dorm like furniture. Greenville has so many fun restaurants and this is out of the way if you want walk around the downtown area without getting into your car.

Always our place to stay in Greenville. Convenient, comfortable, great beds and pillows, huge shower, free breakfast. And incredibly affordable!

This older motel has been nicely upgraded and the breakfast is worthwhile, but it is clearly for a younger guest.
The beds are very low, and while there is a comfortable desk chair, the lounge chair is both very small and very uncomfortable.
The bathroom has no safety bars either near the toilet or in the shower. The water pressure in the sink was terrible. Although we did not use it, the shower pressure was better. There was no vent fan.
Perhaps these things are not as important to younger guests.
