enjoyed it very much. breakfast experience was very nice. thought the parking was a bit high (not valet).

Amazing experience! Service was phenomenal from front desk, bar/restaurant, even housekeeping! Everyone was extremely kind. Im definitely going back even if its for no reason.

I always enjoy my stay at Embassy Suites because of it's cleanliness, and professional and friendly staff. What I don't like is that they''ve raised prices in the snack bar to airport prices and have started to charge for parking. If I'm paying 100 plus a night to stay, I feel my parking should be free. Other than that it's a good stay.

The first room they gave me smelled like smoke and the chair was peeling. The second room was better but there was dirty towels in the hallway.

Fantastic stay. The free breakfast and free before dinner appetizers really made a difference!!!!

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable.Tje breakfast was great.The only negative thing was our room wasn't ready when we got there. (We didn't check in until 5)

My family likes the stay but the only thing is they never told us you have to pay for parking. I found out after i got a partial repayment back off my deposit.. SMH.. PARKING IS $21.00 A NIGHT . JUST TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW. other then that it was wonderful

Room looks very old and unkempt the bathroom smelled like a public restroom. Stains everywhere.

I had one more night but they came and got in my room, trash all my belongs and food from fridge. When I get back had to rescue my belongs from trash but the food was gone

I think it is a little lacking in repair, especially in the room.

They got in my room and dump all my things I’m trash thinking that I was checked out and I had one more night there. I got my belongings back but the food. Good amount of food go e and all they said was.. “ oh I’m sorry”

We stayed at the Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens for one. Isn’t on August 31, 2024. We did check in late, was informed of a 21 dollar parking fee which as not stated when we booked. The clerk did waive it said he would do it this one time. We were in room 603. I do not think it was really cleaned nor restocked. The following things were missing or dirty. I feel this is Only 1 bath towel. 3 hand towels ( it was too late to call for additional towels and bath mat) Bathtub dirty No bathmat Night stand on left. Not clean No plastic bag for dirty laundry Was told 21 charge for pkg but waived 1/2 roll of toilet paper No reg coffee in room. Only 1 decaf Only 1 cup for coffee Buffet had only one person making omelets. He didn’t complain, it was a long line and he was working very hard. Trying to find a clean bussed table was another problem. No tables were cleared and we had to move other peoples dirty dishes in order to have a place to sit. I am so disappointed in the quality of this Embassy Suites. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites all of our country. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and I’m sure it would have been much better. This is totally unacceptable. And feel we should be refunded for our visit.
