Check-in person was friendly. Room spacious but noisy from traffic and vacuuming. Also, walls were thin. Shower had hardly any water pressure. Breakfast was decent. Good location

We stayed here to help a family member move out of state. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it’s always nice. I usually bring my own pillow because I like a king size pillow and the hotel uses standard. But otherwise comfy.

The hotel was welcoming and clean. Room was spacious and front desk was very helpful with a few questions I had. Breakfast was great each morning and pool area was nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Not so good. Elevator was broke down for mone night. Not enough towels for a two night stay with two people.

Our check in was very smooth and Kaylei at the front desk was kind and attentive, even following up with a text to contact her if we needed anything. The property is in a safe location in Springdale, close to restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our multi-day stay. Great breakfast each day! There were only a few minor issues; the room will probably need updating soon, we noticed stains in the carpet and the couch worn with some torn fabric showing. Also, when choosing a room with a 'kitchen' we expected to have appliances such as a full refrigerator or a stove top. There was a large counter top with a dining table nearby, but a microwave and tiny microfridge you'd find in a regular room. With that said, our stay was enjoyable.

Husband didn’t like the highway noise, didn’t bother me at all. Nice area, close to all kinds of food & easy to get too. Definitely stay again, if we’re down that way!

This is the 2nd time my daughter and I have stayed at this location. It was as comfortable as we remembered. There was a large group of middle school baseball teams staying at the property over the weekend and they were noisy and rowdy in the pool. We would stay here again.

I would like to give the property a perfect score but there was limited parking, and what was supposed to be two queen beds seemed more like two twin sized beds.
