This was the last location in a 10 day road trip, so it was only overnight. Yet, it was one of the best overnights we had. It was clean, well equipped, nice breakfast, and most of all - the price was just a little bit higher than Motel 6. Amazing what you can do with extra $10. We had a trailer with us, so easy parking was important, and they definitely had that.

Everything was clean

I liked having some kitchen facilities in the suite. It was nice that the bed area is separated from the kitchen area. The kitchen, however, did not have any plates or cutlery - so I went downstairs and got some.

Well it started off a bit rocky, and my apologies for being so temperamental and so dramatic cause things were so not going the way I through it’d be and alll my ost cancelled the reservation altogether. Thinking that I’d have to wait for my deposit of $50 for days but as I should and already know that the debit card I used for the room deposit was already reversed and back into my checking account!. I’m glad that the clerk was so absolutely professional when I gave her a hard time, my bad man! I so appreciate your professional attitude and I admire your strength and ability to be so upbeat and cheerful made me admire that more people like you need to exist in this scary world and I applaud. Sorry I didn’t get your name, but I do remember you have a nose ring and hope you have a blessed day! I’ll Be cooking back for sure! Felt Right at home and tested with good customer service! Staff was amazing! Clean room and location access good. Bed was uncomfortable and parking lot was crowded.

I was ate up really bad by bed bugs and I let the property know they said that someone would reach out and nobody has, it’s very unprofessional. The bathroom was filthy and stained. It smells like cigarettes and it’s supposed to be smoke free.

The facility was very welcoming and clean. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. I will for sure book this Hotel the next time I'm visiting the Lancaster area.

We like this property for its proximity to family we are visiting when in the area. I love the breakfast, cooked to order and the evening manager's reception. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room this time, mostly because the carpet was over-soaked from a recent cleaning. However, when I reported the issue, it was promptly dealt with.

Loved the girl at the front desk, very friendly. Hotel is inexpensive but on top of that you get a free drink, dinner and breakfast; that’s pretty impressive! And pet fee is $29 (with a cute little gift bag), other hotels are charging up to $150! Room was very clean and AC blew cold. Surrounding area is ok. Not dangerous, just not an area to hang out. My dog walks were quick. I am usually a hotel snob and was leery about coming but I would def come back again. I was impressed.

Left my water tumblr in my room upon check out. Immediately called and they told me that they would call me back to pick up my cup and they never did. Cleaning lady ended up stealing it and I never got reimbursed for it. Poor management
