Amazing hot breakfast with lots of options

Easy to find, large room, great facilities and comfy bed.

Breakfast was held in the neighbouring hotel one day. Not much of an issue just not a full 10 because of it. If your English.. warning no kettle in the room but hot water available at breakfast so bring own teabags and you'll be golden👍

The breakfast was very nice. Well laid out and has many options. The staff was kind enough to refill the orange juice as we came right when breakfast was closing. The location is right off the freeway and the room itself was very inviting. We had a king suite which had a full kitchenette, eating area, couch, and seating area. It was very comfortable for having visitors.

The tables were not cleaned off from previous diners at breakfast. We did come very late, but I had to get a wipe from the lobby and wipe down the table before sitting. There was no housekeeping on Saturday. One of the pleasures of hotel stays is having someone else make the bed! Lastly, we were charged a fee on the credit card for potential "damages." The first desk clerk didn't even understand the discrepancy. The second one explained it but wasn't able to provide a receipt with the actual charges listed. There should be a way to show the payment and the fee "hold" on funds. This was disconcerting to me.

Being in the quiet room

Im an honors member and didnt know i was not gonna get any points added to my hilton honors account. Then i didn't even get my little welcome bag for being a hiltons ho lr member.

The location is good, close to everything I need to go.

I don’t like the most was the water temperature I was showering and the temperature suddenly became so hot that can burn my skin so my kids showered with cold water rather than be burn. They need to fix that. The other thing I don’t like are the furnitures they are stained and yucky to set down. i don’t feel the room is cleaned very well and the pillows looks very old. The room needs update.

Excellent customer service

The staff was wonderful, Breakfast feels like home and rooms were clean. Obsessed with the sheets so cozy. The walls were thick didn't hear a sound I was able to get amazing sleep. I wish I can stay forever but sadly back to reality. Such a great little vacation for my family and I.
