Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable! I’ve stayed here a few times and always had great service and will always recommend this hotel to anyone. Just wish they had ice machine and vending on the first floor tho.

This is the nicest budget hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and modern and the service was nice. The rooms have a nice built-in space with ambient lighting, the heating unit wasn’t loud, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Front desk was very nice with handling our late check-in, specifically Kimberly. Overall, great experience for the value.

This is the nicest budget hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and modern and the service was nice. The rooms have a nice built-in space with ambient lighting, the heating unit wasn’t loud, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Quick evening in a place completely unfamiliar. The reviews are true, renovated, clean, very hospitable, and easy off I64. Great value for the money.

This hotel is old. It's so outdated and located across the street from major pollution. The room had dirty curtains and dirty mats in front of the window/ So dusty. I don't know how this has good reviews. The housekeepers buy you before checkout and the breakfast hours end too early. It smells like and looks like 1974 inside.

The customer service is top notch. The room was clean and very comfortable. The whole building was very clean and well maintained. They keep customer service their number 1 priority. The price was very good. We have stayed at many hotels in many places but this one is one of the very best.

As the owner of a cleaning company, my concerns are that you do not put enough supplies in the bathroom. Two half rolls of toilet paper and no extra. Only one bar of hand soap and one single bottle of shampoo/conditioner that would only wash one child's hair when the room sleeps five people.

Room was big enough for what we needed. Price was great. Bathroom was very clean and service was very hospitable when we needed more of things. Breakfast was good. I would recommend for a quick overnight trip.

We were looking for an overnight stay as we traveled from Illinois to NC. This was the first time we stayed at Microtel and were happy with the accommodations and price for one night.
