When I first got there they tried to charge my card again even though I had already paid online. The hotel was under construction in the lobby area, eating area, and the 3rd floor. Our air conditioner kept turning itself completely off throughout the night, like the unit completely shut off/down. The elevator stopped working while we were trying to use it so we took the stairs. So someone at the front desk said he had to go reset the elevator completely to see if it would work. Overall a horrible experience.

I reserved 2 king bedrooms, and received a King, and 2 double beds. There are no fans in the bathrooms, so steam from the shower and stench from taking a dump fills your room. They didnt serve eggs at all on one of the days (but the breakfast is free, just not much of it) The parking is VERY limited (again, they were under renovation). The front desk feature on the room phone doesnt work, and there is no way to get new towels, washcloths, etc. after dark.

Window leaked was leaking and ceiling in the bathroom as leaking also. Changed rooms came back the next morning and the shower didn’t work.

I did not even stay at the hotel. I arrived on the 19th, went to the room and what I saw was disgusting. Torn bedsheets, tattered furniture, urine-smelly room. It was a total disaster. I left immediately and asked that my money be refunded. I am yet to receive the fund.

After a few days, nothing was refunded so I followed up & they said since i "stayed" at the hotel they wouldn't refund me anything. LOL they denied me a room & won't return my momey back plus staff was so rude about the situation. Do not recommend

Arrived to the hotel after driving 5 hours only to be told that our reservation was cancelled due to being overbooked. Receptionist advised that a refund was being processed which was not. Horrible experience

The whole area seemed super shady, I tried to get a refund because I didn’t feel safe and that was refused. I never even checked Into my room because of how unsafe I felt.

Celing tiles falling, ac wents were dirty and because of dirt those are getting black.

Dark rooms not enough lights. TV had no signal most of the time. Water fountain in lobby broken. No wipes in work out room.

This is an older hotel that is tired looking. New commodes are stacked near the elevator, along with a tarp that closed off a section/room. The room was clean and all features worked. The price reflects the property condition and is a good value.

The front desk person was not available. The room smelled bad. The shower had duct tape and staples in it!!! I did not stay one night. Actually, I checked out after 4 hrs. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns in several states. First time at a Hampton in Texas. I will never stay in another Hampton Inn!!!

It was the worst Hampton Inn I had ever seen. I've stayed at better looking Motel 6 before. Door didn't shut completely felt very unsafe. My daughter wouldn't stay and she bought us a room at the Marriott courtyard so we only spent 20 minutes at Hampton.

No hot water. Once they finally fixed it, my daughter took a bath and when draining the bathtub, the water started coming out from under the bathtub.

No electric in 75% of the plugs and USB outlets. The AC controls were not working. There was only lighting from one lamp. The water was cold in the shower and the handle literally came off the bathroom door when we tried to open it from the inside. There are no grab bars in the shower. THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE! It appears that it is under renovation as there were about 2 dozens new toilets by the only “working elevator”. I saw that loosely because of the gears being loud, thankfully we did not get stuck. Y’all need to finish complete renovations before allowing guests to stay in your facility!
