I very much enjoyed my stay at Marco Polo hotel. I will be staying again on my frequent visits to Mackay.
Theste checkin was easy, room was clean, spa tub jets only half worked but bathroom was biggest I've ever seen in a hotel.
Overall I recommend staying here without question.

Great for a one night stop over on our road trip. Very clean and quiet, comfy bed and pillows, everything we needed including microwave and fridge. Have stayed before, will stay again.

The managers and team made me feel at home. In walking distance to shops and clubs and the rate for a 3 day stay is very reasonable. I've stayed in half a dozen places in Mackay on previous trips but the Marco Polo will now be my definate go to.

Easy and friendly check in.
Comfy soft bed and good water pressure in the shower.
Couple of little maintainence things need to be done, but overall a great value room.
Not a lot of food options within walking distance, although there is a restaurant onsite and KFC 1km up the road.

We had a fantastic stay at the Marco! Check-in was a breeze. The lady working at the front desk was super helpful. Beds were super comfy. Clean room. We will be definitely staying here again next time we are in Mackay. :)

Property has everything I needed for an overnight stop. Easy Check-in and Check Out with staff friendly. Have stayed previously at the motel on my travels between Brisbane and Townsville. Restaurant wasn’t open during my stay however they offered breakfast options.
