The cleanliness and staff were great. The rooms are nice, we were in a handicap room. The faucet needed some work. The walls are thin so can hear everyone in the lobby and the ice machine. Unfortunately, we were hit in the parking lot and the white van took off. They do not have cameras in the parking lot and they do not take descriptions of the people staying there. For the price it was not bad but would pay the extra $50 at a hotel that takes descriptions of the vehicles and that have cameras vs the $1000’s it’s going to cost me to fix my vehicle.

Great location and quiet. The breakfast was very good. There were lots of choices, even if you’re gluten free. We were there for the Hallmark Christmas Experience. The price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly. There were several places to eat and shop nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick stay before a 530 am flight. Booked after taking one look at the room my daughter reserved at another hotel. Let’s just say night and day difference. Front desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful, the public area and our room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Did not partake in the breakfast due to early flight but the space itself seemed well organized and, most importantly, clean! 10/10 recommend

We arrived at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott KCI late in the evening. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, and even though they were obviously training a new employee, there was very little delay during the check-in process. I was even given the option of which floor we wanted to be on, which almost never happens! The room was clean, and smelled wonderful, although there was a bit of dust in some areas. The following morning, the breakfast was hot and delicious with lots of choices. The hotel was close to the airport, but without the typical airport noise. Lots of parking. We enjoyed an overall pleasant and restful stay.

it was hard to find because the directions off 29 South were not clear, a driver cannot see Thise Fairfield Inn From Ambassador road, it is behind the Holiday inn, and must be
Accessed from KCI Expo entrance. But the place and people were Great

The receptionist in am hours, Ms. Holland. From time we entered facility on 9/4 for game. Always helpful, courteous, very professional n thoughtful. Never a bother to ask a question or directions..The drivers wete such a joy to have conversation with, very knowledgeable. Didnt have much interaction with housekeeping, but to say they did an impeccable job on cleanliness of rooms. Thank you staff, for all kindness you showed my family visiting your facility.
