After i read the reviews, i wasnt expecting much, but it was 1 night and it was located across the street from where I needed to be the next day, so I thought I'd risk it.
Ok, it's a budget hotel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The worst part of my stay was the inconsiderate guests that were banging their room doors and talking loudly on their phones as they were heading check out between 6am and 7am.
I'd definitely stay again if I needed a cheap hotel for a night or 2 in that area.

The hallways are not carpeted, so, any excess noise echoes throughout the whole hallway.
There were kids yelling and screaming in the middle of the night to listen to the echoes. Very disrupting to anyone trying to sleep.

No smoking and no pets make this the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at.
This hotel is off the beaten path yet only 10 mins from downtown. The room was spotless and smelled like soap. There were USB and AC outlets near the bed. The carpet was the cleanest hotel carpet I ever experienced. The parking lot was clean and oil free. There were no smokers, homeless or drug addicts lurking about. The only problem I had was that they were very angry about my Service Dog.

Walked in to very rude attendant he said no pets no smoking, hotel was very out dated walked in to the room and the bathroom smelled like it has been smoked in for ages it smelled horrible the AC was horrible it said 66F clearly it was not nowhere near there carpet smelled horribly and walked out to check and attendant did not bother to greet

As it was not entirely their fault, accessibility from the road was very difficult due to entry location and road construction and the parking lot was filled with debris, screws, and nails. Upon checkout, a receipt was requested but they refused to give one since I booked through Expedia.

Everything was good, I didn’t like the fact that there was only one pillow in a room of 2 queen beds. Stayed there 2 nights and housekeeping didn’t go clean

Reserved room here to enjoy pool and breakfast and when we arrived we asked about pool hours and were told the pool was closed and only coffee was served at this hotel. Will definitely not be staying again
