Hotel was nice. Didn’t realize room would not have a mini refrigerator. Drain in shower needed to be cleaned. Very slow drain which was disappointing. Comfortable bed and breakfast was good.

Carpet was wet from recent cleaning (couldn’t walk in socks) and bathroom had a toilet leak onto floor that we had to periodically dry with bath towel

This was my second stay at this location. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The pool area was immaculate. Breakfast was fully stocked and very good each morning. We found it odd our room was never cleaned during our stay - we were aware cleaning would be every other day. So on our second day we didn't think we'd need to ask for service - we assumed we would come back to a tidy room. We had no service during our stay; not a dealbreaker, but with tiny trash cans in the room, they were overflowing when we checked out. Next time we know to contact housekeeping.

Lovely clerk at checkin. The room unfortunately, smelled of wet dog. Would consider another stay but will inspect room, first. Also have come to expect a fridge and microwave which there are not.

The overall experience was good, room was never cleaned, trash not collected nor linens refreshed in the 3 night stay, which was disappointing but breakfast Buffett was acceptable. Front desk staff was always friendly as well as other staff we encountered

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very quick to handle problems/concerns. We had an issue with the water in the toilet running constantly and they sent someone to fix it in a timely manner. The hotel was packed with people, but as always it was quiet and sleeping was good. Breakfast was hot and yummy!

Angie was great at getting us checked in and telling us anything we needed to know. The hotel was close to the Wichita Sports Forum where my girls played ball. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and our room was nice and quiet. We were on the ground floor, close to the lobby and pool which was wonderful! The breakfast was so good. Everything was fresh and well stocked and staff was on hand to restock or help if needed.

Room was very nice, clean; Bed was king sized. Breakfasts were included and had more than your standard fare including scrambled eggs, mini sausages, cereals, muffins, pastries, etc.

Angie, Our front desk attendant was great. Again though Expedia failed us a family. We were NOT notified of an over booking at this hotel. This has been our second NON NOTIFICATION of this inconvenience for our family. Better customer service from Expedia would be much appreciated.

Staff was superb. My only complaint (if it can be called that) is there was no mini fridge in the room. Besides that little thing it was top notch!
