Stayed Thanksgiving weekend. Service and People were fantastic. The bed was droopy and worn out, little things missing like no ice machine, had to ask for service, only a few waters a day, etc. Nice, but I would probably choose somewhere else next time.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Exit the hotel and you are right on the beach. The surrounding area is fantastic with very nice restaurants and shops. We will be back!

The staff was great however they appeared to be short staffed which made getting my car or dropping off my car a nightmare. I was given and ADA room which I didn't request and to top it off I was double charged for the room I contacted management I guess because they are short on staff I won’t be receiving a response. If this is an indication of the new hotel management I can see this hotel going down real soon.

Enjoyed our trip to One Ocean. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Area was perfect for dining at night and the pool bar was great for lunch and drinks.

The staff are super attentive. I have not met an unfriendly one; they all go above and beyond to
help you. The extras are nice: free beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, as well as having a rain umbrella in the room closet if you need one (we did!), even free bottled water.
