I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was because the price was great. We did have a couple of minor complaints. We couldn't turn the lights on (turns out they were unplugged behind the bed) and the tv had no reception. In both cases the people on duty could not fix the problems. We figured out the light problem on our own and fiddled with the tv until we got reception. The breakfast was very good and the people who took care of that were lovely and kind. I'd stay here again.

Had typical Hampton standards. Location was difficult to access and almost got into accident as main entrance is feet from complex 4way intersection for freeways especially coming in at night. Also morning breakfast ran out of food and coffee during peak hour

Overall okay experience. Hotel is right next to lot of places to eat. We did see a cockroach in the lobby and black hair in the shower and on bedding. Our room did not get cleaned while there.

After 3 days without service I had to call the front desk to get my room serviced. Had to wait until the next day. I was told that they don’t service the rooms unless you ask. Ridiculous

I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was very clean. Amenities were amazing. Pool inside the hotel was a vibe. The lobby was very clean and smelt amazing. I like the fact that you have to use your room key to access hotel at night, it made feel safe. I will say the only thing I didn’t like was one of the front desk agents . When I came to check in she was talking to her co worker and completely ignored me. I said “hello” and she continues talking to coworker for a few seconds then she said “can i help you?”. She didn’t even greet me or welcomed me at all and then she continued to provide us with poor costumer service. The rest of the front desk staff I encountered were amazing though.

Horrible!!! Please take pictures of your room before and after!! They will blame you for something you didn’t do!! The General Manger she is rude. Your best bet is to stay elsewhere!!!!
