Check-in was smooth and easy. Area was quiet. Employees were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was that great, not many options. Room was abit outdated, and not very clean. We found a sticky froot loop on the phone, and the previous overnight peoples trash. Wasn't no big deal, luckily I brought chlorox wipes. Overall it was a good stay, my girls and I had a blast.

Very nice people that worked at the desk. The room service was nice and got what you needed. Quite little motel close to Covington Square we went for The Vampie Diaries and it was like 4 minutes from the square where TVD stuff is. I’ll be staying there again when we go back. It was convenient to stores and dining.

You can definitely tell it’s an extended stay, with all the people hanging out made me feel unsafe. My non- smoking room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes, floors had all this hair on it as if it hasn’t been swept or mopped, the bottom blanket had long black && blonde hair. I will never book again

The bed sheets upon arrival had boogers on them, there was hair all over the tub and bathroom floor, and the floors were dirty. The staff is very friendly, however, I feel the place could use a very good deep cleaning. We had two rooms booked, and there were cleanliness issues with both. My overall experience here was not great, and the only positives were the beds were pretty comfy and the staff was so kind.
Had we not driven for 24 hours straight on the way here, and arrived at 7:30AM after leaving our home at 7:30AM the day prior, we would have gone to a different place.

Hotel is completely outdated. Everything needs painting. Bathroom door wouldn't open all the way without force. Breakfast options were skimpy and stale. Microwave doesn't work. Night staff very friendly and helpful. Ice machine doesn't work.

They cleaned up and dirted my car rental and refused to clean it or pay to have it clean they charged me extra for having my service dogs even though I showered them proof, it's just not what I expected.....

Property was decent. Looks as if some construction is going on nearby. The pool could use lots of maintenance. Tadpoles and debris along with maybe getting a net for the pool to help remove debris.

They where very nice. There was a atorm that came through and glitched everything out. And when we got our keys they didnt work to the room but by the time i started to head back to the office the guy had new keys made and was bringing them to us.. Very clean and confortable. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you.

I paid for a jetted tub room and we wete in the room for 2 hours and the ceiling started to leak then they moved us to a different room no tub and no refund or discount for downgrade in room.

Checkin in and out was very convenient. However the room needs renovating. The bathroom door handle was hanging off, behind the bathroom door was disgusting, toilet tissue holder was hanging off. The towels were soiled and stained causing us to have to purchase our own towels which was a good thing since the cleaning staff did not return towels to our room

The staff was nice is the only good thing about this place. If you walked on the floor barefooted your feet turned black from dirt. I had a bug crawl on me in my sleep & wasps in my room. Our linens & towels were stained. The walls are so thin I could hear the TV in the next room clearly like it was in my own room

The staff was very attentive to our needs! The breakfast was fair, however I was happy that the children with me slept in cause there would have been no food for them. I was able to salvage enough waffle mix for a piece of a waffle. Overall the experience was ok! A little work on the breakfast and it would have been better!
