The hotel is really nice, but the rooms are crowded. There's almost no room to move around with 4 people. The fridge was a little to big for the cabinet it was in, so you had to be really careful when you opened it. The breakfast was pretty good, except the juices and milk were warm Overall, it was ok, but I'm not sure I'll be back

Noisy a/c in room..hallways were hot, not air conditioned. Old andcdirty carpets. No one at front desk when we arrived to check in at 6:30 p.m., just a sign reading, "We will be back in 15 min." The breakfast was gross looking, and considering the conditions of the rest of the hotel, I took a pass.

Price was reasonable ( for the area).

The property was not like what the pictures were when I booked the hotel. Breakfast was not good. Room was very small. Not happy at all with the hotel.

My room was dirty, and my shoes stuck to the floor in the lobby/breakfast area. Room smelled mildewy and unclean. The handle on one of the drawers was broken off, and the sink faucet was very wiggly Saw a bug in the bed that looked like a nymph bedbug. Property would only refund me for one out of three nights I paid for, and I had to pay for another room at another hotel for two nights.

Out of 300 rooms i was put in the corner where plumbing work was going on... then when i went to take a shower to get up and out because of the noise, the water was shut off!! No notice from the night clerk when i checked in. No warning in the morning or notice that water would be shut off.. so when i went to complain and check out, there was no apologies, and when i asked for a refund, i was laughed at!! And told i must talk to "Expedia" too bad.. have a nice day!!!

Rooms were okay. Blankets had blood on them and sheets had hair on them. I finally told front clerk to just bring me sheets and I would make my own bed! Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast gal was super nice. Nothing special.

Situated in a quiet, shady research park. Generally good accommodations. Breakfast was sparse, front-desk service poor, and the pool was closed without explanation.

There was ants on the table

Bathroom door was broken and it didn't close. Room refrigerator was broken too. My beverages went bad. No towels in the bathroom (although provided after requesting). Dirty bathroom (didn't clean after requesting). I'm not visiting again. Not worth of money.

All the drawers slided out and can't be closed. The fridge didn't work. They fixed the fridge but not the drawers. We had to ask for tape to tape them close so our legs won't bump into them. The carpet is dirty (hallway and the room), the vent where the cool air blows out is dirty. The room is very small. Had we have big luggage, we won't be able to find a place for them. The old guy at the front desk is seldom behind the counter and he NEVER smiles. If he prefer to stay in the room next to the front desk, at least put a bell on the counter so guests can ring for him. In short, the place is not what shows in the pictures.

Everything was clean and comfortable . I am upset for a reason that they advertise the pool, but it is not available. I even call before reseeving room and staff member told me that the pool was open as well as the check in lady at front desk stated the same. Next morning when i try to take my daughter to swing staff told us it waa close. I pay their price due to the pool access and that is not what we received. My daughter is atletic and swing relax her muscle but it was not available. That to me is false advertising

Broken refrigerator, erratic air conditioning, outdated room, hallway carpeting dirty

The place was not so WOW! But the staff (Spanish) was very friendly. I did not like the breakfast very much (very basic). And we had to keep asking for the sheets to be changed, but they very kindly helped us with that. I give it 3.5 out of 5.

They said the pool was open but it was not. The breakfast food in the morning was horrible. There was no English speaking staff so it was hard to get the assistance that we needed. The pillows were to soft and the mattress was to soft.

third floor a/c did not work, hallway temp was 98 degrees. ice machines did not work. breakfast was ok but not great 6 out of 10. front desk service was slow.

My air conditioning and shower was not working properly.

While the location was good, the room was not as clean as expected. There were no tissues in the room and, when we inquired, we were told they would be placed in the room later but they never were. The mattress was very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was often not at the desk when needed, although usually were just a few steps away and came when they noticed someone waiting. The website said there was a pool and a fitness center, but we could not locate either one. The breakfast was good, although the coffee was very bitter. As this was a business trip, the price was fair, but personally, I would not stay here again.

When we entered the room, the A/c was off, so the smell was bad and muggy. The bedsheet was dirty and wrinkled. TV remot wasn't in the room, so I had to get it at the front desk. For breakfast, apple and orange juice taste were like water was added.
