Bistro time can be extended to 10.00

The young female Chinese looking employee at the front desk refused to give us a receipt for items purchased in the convenience shop which was unethical and highly unprofessional and was rude and disrespectful about it claiming in front of other guests “the items were only $7.00 … why would you want a receipt”! She clearly misses the point of accountability and business etiquette! Needs to be better trained!

I asked for a single King Bed and they gave me an Accessible one, which was extra spacious. But the best thing was there was not a single cause for complaint - it was immaculately clean, had a lovely view of the lake, and everything worked as it should. The Bistro was a great idea too - you could bring your own food and drink and plenty of space (as well as cubicles) to gather with friends and family. Or you could order drinks and light food at the bar.

Nothing, I paid in full for my friend who will attend my wedding. But my friends’s flights delayed due to severe weather. When we finally arrived in the am, the front desk staff refused to check her in, and said the room was resold. They have our contact information including email, cell phone, but no one checked with us before that resold. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

They did not check my friend in, we ended up with no where to sleep.

Location and immediate area . Tons to do without having the leave the block. ♥️
