Staff was friendly and accommodating. A couple of glitches in room, sink did not drain well and turn off for shower did not seem to work. Reported both and they were handled.

Travelled to Vancouver for the Pink concert. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided us with a map that identified businesses in the area where we could eat or shop. A very short walk to get to the train which we used to get around during the weekend. The room was clean and had a good air conditioner. I would highly recommend this property.

Looks like they have been doing renovations property well maintained.Just would have liked to be able to have more ding options and the city is not that close especially with the traffic here

We weren’t comfortable at all being on the first floor. We were near the stairs and there was a lot of noise and foot traffic.

Excellent if your going to the PNE Exabition. A $10.00 cab ride! Will stay again!

All the duck references around the room and the hotel itself were hilarious;; the rubber duck theme ran throughout and even came with an actual one. The fact that they're pet friendly was a big bonus for me as I travelled with 2x cats, and the room was perfect for them and myself.
Connecting via casting didn't work but the staff was quick to try and help -- logging in normally helped so it elevated any boredom. Overall, it was a great stay for the four of us.
