This establishment was run down and very dirty. The room had such a horrible smell that i ended up booking a different accommodation and left. The room was dirty was excessively stained sheets and bedding.

The hotel needs upgrade and deep clean or charge less. The pictures are from when they first opened, a very long time ago. I arrived at 10pm and no one was around or picked up when I called 5 times. By the time someone came, I was wet and cold and there were 3 of us waiting to check in. The office reeked of marijuana, the elevator urine and the room smelled of cigarettes. The floor was sticky, no toilet paper, no soap, stained comforter, towels and curtains. I chose this location because it’s .3 miles from Omni volleyball and I thought we could walk back between games but the sketchy neighborhood and people hanging outside were too scary. There is a full size fridge that was clean, stove top, microwave and kitchen sink but I’m not sure if any of them worked as I didn’t need them. Nice size tv with many channels. I wish I read the reviews before booking a non refundable room. No roaches though, otherwise I would’ve definitely left. Lots of power outlets. The double bolts worked well and I appreciated the heavy chair that I placed behind the door with my luggage.

Overall condition of hotel is very poor. Appears that a lot of lower income people live there full time. There was a pile of trash on a staircase that remained there for 2 out of the three days. A lot of homeless people around property. People sitting outside in the hallways smoking as you pass by to the broken staircase doors.

when I arrived to my non-smoking room, there was a dirty pad left on the table, smoke burns in the bed, yellow marks on the sheets, a smoke detector pulled out, no trash can, dirty towels, horrible customer service and they mopped the floors with a very dirty mop that left my cigarette smelling room even worse. not only was the room horrendous, there were bums all over and couples screaming at each other before the sun even awoke.

First room we checked out was gross, flies, dirty stuff from the last people in the room and it smelled like something died in there.. So we asked to see another room. The second room had exposed wires from the ceiling where the smoke alarm is supposed to be, running toilet, kitchen was dirty and the elevator to get to the room was disgusting as well. Sorry, but there was no way I could let my parents stay there.

We made reservations weeks before arrival. We traveled 3 hours with kids, to find out they canceled our reservation because they overbooked. The reception area smelled like weed and cigarettes. They put me in a terrible position.

Once we entered the room which we noticed was a little dark and gloomy had a very foul stench of ass and feet. There were no available trash cans on the premises and people were smoking everywhere! I should have read the reviews but the pictures seemed promising- the room had not been cleaned and found remnants of whoever had stayed there last. There was no soap to wash out hands and the room smelled. The neighbors were smoking weed right by our door, we only stayed there to sleep and would stay out the whole day because the TV did not work and because of all the drinking/ smoking happening near our room. There was a lot of homeless people around, a lot of drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot so I don’t recommend it if you’re planning a romantic trip or a family trip. The previous reviews say the same complaints so I think this is the standard? Nothing changes if nothing changes- but the staff at check in was nice so that went well.

Unfortunately booked same day so could not cancel / non refundable. Rooms were smelly, dirty, hair on toilet seats, all doors leading in had loose handles, TVs down across entire property, overall seemed unsafe despite the cheap price. Went down the street to another motel for the night.

Worst place I haver stayed. Horrible. Dirty, so dirty

This hotel was so bad that I had to leave to go to another hotel. There were people loitering around the property, playing loud music, etc. I didn’t feel safe, and I also thought my car wasn’t safe parked there overnight. This hotel should not be on the Expedia platform.

I recently stayed at this location and was quite disappointed. The area outside the building was notably dirty, with litter and debris detracting from the overall impression. Additionally, there was frequent loitering in the parking lot, which made the environment feel less secure and welcoming. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries provided in the room, which is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, and missing amenities left much to be desired. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Inside the room was clean but old. Outside when we got there was filled with junky cars and homeless people and going. We didn't feel safe with our truck out there. We will not be back. We drove by in the daytime and the packing lot was empty.
