First, I didn’t even get a chance to stay at this place! I arrived with my husband and pup at 1 am in the morning from SF. I walk in, there was a resident who was complaining about his neighbor and the smoke alarm constantly going off. I talked to the front desk lady, Susie or whatever to check in. She tells me, oh, yeah, we don’t have a room for you. I go, uh…what? She goes yeah, they cancelled you back in November but wasn’t able to cancel your booking. Like, what?! They emailed me in November and asked if I wanted to upgrade my room which I did. I ended up not having a place to stay in 52 degree weather with my husband and my dog. We were able to find another hotel which was completely out of our budget since we are a single income family. The front desk lady made me stand there while she tried to call whatever to cancel my revelation. It’s like, don’t make me stand there while you’re denying me a room! I got the email at 1:45 am saying they’re canceling my booking. I’m definitely reaching out to corporate about this. I’ve already emailed the GM but the fact hay the GMs cards were call gone says a lot about how this place is ran. Ridiculous. As you can see when the email was sent!

Uhm we stayed on the 3rd floor and it has this pundgy smell. This weird odor like wet carpet smell. The staff was friendly. Also you need your key card to access the elevator which was a bit odd to me. I rated the quality a 3 out of 5, service 4 out 5.

Booked this room last minute, there wasn't much availability in the area within our business budget. This hotel was a good location for work, the bed was comfortable and i loved having a full size fridge and freezer. However the room smelled so strong of a cleaning chemical the forst night, we had to sleep with thw window open to not feel sick. The 2nnd and 3rd night the cleaner smell wore off and we were left with a musty, like there may have been a moisture problem. My water bottles and clothes all smelled musty after leaving. I was also suspicious of mosquitos in the room. I never saw them, but i woke up with a few new bites around my ankles everyday.
