Hotel is in a TERRIBLE location. Planes flying non stop overhead and on the corner of a busy intersection while also being next to a very busy freeway. Was a trifecta of a terribly located hotel. Planes were actually the least loud thing in the area. Motorcycles and vehicles with loud mufflers echo throughout the building all day and night. It being so close to ASU means you have to deal with racing and revving of engines all night every night. If your room is south facing it's even worse. Do yourself a favor and book a different location. On a plus breakfast was good. That's the only good thing I can say about my stay. I ended up leaving four nights early and got a refund. Noise is just way too excessive.

We needed a walk-in shower and was even told at check in desk that’s what we got as I was handed the key. Didn’t check bathroom until after 10 pm when we got back to the room. It was a tub

Allen was very helpful. There was a discrepancy between what the hotel believed I had reserved, and what they had set aside for my family. It was resolved by Allen and we had a great stay.
The breakfast was well stocked. We enjoyed everything.

The only criticism I have is related to a safety issue in our bathroom. The tub did not have safety grab bars and my wife almost slipped. We were told that only some rooms had them and next time we should request a room that has them. So, if you have a concern about safety, ask ahead of time.

This was my worst stay in Arizona.
According to the hotel, Hotels.com has the incorrect descriptions for their available rooms. We selected a spacious room with a king bed and pull out couch, but only received a king bed in a compact room.
Called the front desk to inquire about this switch up but was told that it was the fault of Hotels.com and they couldn’t do anything about it. We asked for a cot or to be switch but they didn’t have anything available.
The next day, the hotel was without power for 8 hours and did not receive the complimentary breakfast.
I will not book from this location or from this third party hotel company.

The room had a funky smell to it that smacked you in the face right when you walked in the door, almost like Indian food. But you got used to it after a few minutes and it was fine. Housekeeping staff was fantastic, front desk was fantastic. Overall a really great stay.

The room was dirty …. Hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Room was very noisy, refrigerator sounded VERY loud. The neighborhood was not what we expected.

Super close from freeway, comfortable beds and delicious waffles. We forgot a personal item that thankfully was kept at the front desk and we were able to get it.
I didn't see any options to eat out close from the hotel.

Check in was super easy and it was a very clean and updated hotel. Be a great place if you had to come on business for a week because of the separate living room.

Sheets were dirty no room cleaning service had to ask 4 times for clean sheets and then make the sofa bed ourself.

Convenient location, next to the 202 Freeway exit. Walking distance to the Tempe Center Lake (Salt River). Lots of eating places nearby. I got a good rate being a Hotel.com platinum member. Would recommend without reservations. Staff very friendly and helpful.
