Allocated rooms 1025 and 1026. Both are dirty with fungal rotten toilet door, fungal bath flooring, stained walls and fungus lodged underside wash basin. Shameless hotel with terrible housekeeping. Would avoid this hotel with extreme prejudice.

The towel was not provided in the room. When asked for the towel, it tooks 7 times calling to resolves the issues. The answer given the towel is in the room but the the reality it was not. After 7th time calling none of them deliver the towel,i personally went to the receptionist but ahe refused to hand over the towel and said it will be delivered

Sadly, this wasn't a property we enjoyed staying at. Our first apartment was very smelly. This was due to all damp. The second was a little better but still not up to standards of a 2 star property let alone 4 star. We didn't stay in the main block and I think that may have been better. The local tourists seemed very pleased with everything. Perhaps it's our British expectations. I hate leaving negative reviews but I would not recommend this hotel unless it has a serious clean and upgrade. Breakfast was poor. The pool was very basic.

Sadly, this wasn't a property we enjoyed staying at. Our first apartment was very smelly. This was due to all damp. The second was a little better but still not up to standards of a 2 star property let alone 4 star. We didn't stay in the main block and I think that may have been better. The local tourists seemed very pleased with everything. Perhaps it's our British expectations. I hate leaving negative reviews but I would not recommend this hotel unless it has a serious clean and upgrade. Breakfast was poor. The pool was very basic.

I like its location, and the water dispenser outside the rooms which is environmentally friendly but not my room’s toilet ceiling which is mouldy and the shower head holder which is secured to the wall by means of a makeshift cardboard and plastic. The shower head is not working well too.

This has got to be one of the most dated hotels I’ve stayed in. The carpets were dirty and moldy, the curtains were stained and our bathroom smelled like smoke. We had to move rooms but both were just terrible. The staff were okay but not overly friendly, but I’m just in shock with the state of the property. I would absolutely never stay here again!

We requested to view the rooms before allocating to us. They show us the room and before we accept the room, they blocked the room and told us that it’s not available the next day onwards. The next day, we saw the room which we wanted was allocated to another tourist. My personal option was the rooms should be allocated based on first come first serve basics. The room we stayed required refurnishment.

The apartment was in very poor and rundown state. Lots of furnitures are either worn out or broken. Sofa has stains. Walls have mould and stains. It’s quite disgusting.
