Nice room, appeared to have been remodeled in the last few years. Tub stopper was broken off and laying on the edge of the tub.

The guy who checked us in was very kind and did his job well. He was very helpful with picking a room for myself and my 3 young kids that would make it easy to bring our things in from the car and so that kiddos wouldn’t disturb the other guests. Seriously so helpful. It made my stay a lot less stressful than usual. The AC in the room was good and the fridge worked well. The beds are on the firmer side if you like that as i do. But otherwise the facility and rooms were run down and dirty. There were cockroaches in my room and some trash on the floor when we came in. The shower had grime and dirt all over it. The door didn't latch all the way, the drain plug was broken: There were crumbs in the sheets…etc. Breakfast was just waffles, 2 cereals, and two bread options (mini muffins and bread) then juice and milk tea and coffee. No fresh items like fruit. It wasnt bad, just kinda disappointing. Honestly, i would stay again. Just because I like to save money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone i know. .

booked due to pool amenities, we shopped ALL day in Weston, MO, picked hotel for this to cool down. You as a business SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED patrons of this, so we had the option to go to one with a functional option of a pool! And then there we bugs in the sink I could get due to kill due to lip on sink and the keycard would not work correctly, as I inserted another would have to QUICKLY open the door. When we first got our room door was already opened and we thought someone might be in the room! I expect since there was no pool to be compensated for the room in price, as this was reasoning for booking, to enjoy cooling down in pool and relaxing evening by the pool after nice dinner in KC. I would like someone to call me with this to be done or see this on my account. This is not the way to treat patrons or a business and will not look good on a review nor for the Platte City Area

It smells. The floor of the room had not been vacuumed. A/C worked minimally. It was quiet, thankfully. This hotel might be a great choice for people who work over the road and want a cheap stay but not for us.

They claim to be pet friendly, but in the 12 hour or less we were there, they harassed me about my dog everytime they saw her. Woke up the first morning and reached for my drink to find it covered in ants. Pulled back my blankets to see ants crawling in the bed. Had to cause a scene to get my full deposit back.

It was a low cost option and for the price it was just fine. Water was hot, bed not so comfortable, breakfast was fine. All in all it was what we needed at a price we liked.

Very first thing is the smell of my room, I did need a dog friendly hotel so maybe that is why the room stunk very very bad. Next thing was I found a black sock from the previous person, so I wasn't sure if the sheets have even been cleaned and replaced. The bathroom shower head, don't touch it, it may fall right out the wall. The bathroom floor still had previous persons body hair also in the tub. I will never stay here again. The floor you can tell was not vacuumed, if it had been they would have found the black sock on the floor. Definitely not worth almost $100.00 if I could have a refund I would definitely take it, but I know that would never happen. So I'll just but this hotel in the catalog of never stay again.

There was no elevator at the property so expect to carry your bags up flights of stairs. It was a little dirty and run down. Overall if you flying out or in from mci and just need somewhere to sleep this is ok then.

Bed comfortable. Continental breakfast ample. Shower pipe noises but hot. All in all good stay.

While the lady at the front desk was very nice, showed me the room, I should have paid more attention than I did after a 14 hour drive. Window screens busted on several windows, safety bars visible everywhere. Not a good first impression which I told the front desk. The room was dingy, the couch in the room had stains all over, enough where there was no way we’d use it. The bed sheets looked like they bleached the heck out of some stains, enough to where they were see through. And unsure we put our own blankets on which we slept on. Bathroom less than clean with dirt on the floor. If you’re on the road with your biker buddies, it’s a maybe. If your on the road with your wife like me, pass it up. She won’t be happy. When leaving told front desk about cleanliness issues: that’s a cleaning crew issue, don’t know what they do. Was the response. Not at all impressed with that one. The problem with a place like this, it gets neglected, then gets bad reviews, which leads to lower prices and more neglect. Vicious cycle. All starts with people not taking care of it in the first place.
