The staff was amazing and went over and beyond. However, the room was nice but difficultly needs updates. The one AC unit in the bedroom with 2 beds worked too well but could not adjust the temperature and then it wasn’t as cool. The AC unit in the bedroom with 1 bed sounded like a jet taking off every time it kicked on. The bathrooms also in updates. If you are just staying in the Hotel to sleep it is fine.

Upon arrival, we were checked in by a staff member who appeared new to the job, but she eventually gave us our room key. We were in our room for approximately 1.5 hours, when the door opens! Two ladies had ALSO been given the key to OUR room! A short while later, my husband went get soda and found that our room key no longer worked. We went to the front desk and explained the situation to the SAME person who checked us and the other folks into the room. She simply said, oh yes. No 'sorry for the inconvenience, sorry for the mistake.....nothing. I had to ask if we could have our keys redone so we could get back into our room .....and all she said was.....I need your identification My husband then looked at our bank account and saw that she had charged us TWICE for our room that we had prepaid for through a third party. The manager was called, who promptly explained that she, herself, had been there for a week and 'didn't have access to most of the stuff" We were able to get back into our room after getting another key. We kept the bolt on the door at all times until we left and our bank was able to remove the additional room charges from our account.

Will ABSOLUTELY be back to stay! Jody at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. All the staff that we came along was friendly. Our room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was great. The hotel was central to many attractions . Highly recommend

The hotel was ok and in a good area. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The staff was loud in the hallway and let the doors slam. Breakfast was nice, but you walk through the maid carts and laundry room and things that should be staff only area.

Hotel was ok nice area to stay close to beach and a lot of choices for nice restaurants. Room smelled weird at entrance but get used to it after.

The front desk associates were extremely courteous and friendly! Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, and they were prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Granted, our room had a late check out and they were trying to quickly clean..which we greatly appreciate. But, the bathroom was dirty and the floors were not clean. Other than that, it was quiet, efficient, and easily accessible for our trip!

The smell of weed lingered in the hallway, loud neighbors at 3am and nothing was done about them. Very disappointing for the price we paid, and the quality we’re used to at Holiday Inns.

They had us wait one hour for check in because the rooms was dirty. Did we get any accommodation? No, they was very rude about the situation. Also other staff members has pour hygiene.

The hotel in general is good, the room is comfortable and clean. but I want to make a complaint, this morning the atheist at the pool was very unpleasant, there were people spitting and blowing snot and that was disgusting the pool area smell bad(pees)
