The two men at the desk both evenings were awesome. I was much less impressed with the nearly hour long malfunctioning late night fire alarm and the lack of an apology or any other accommodation that says “We care.”
The man at the desk told people at least twice during the duration that they could go back in their rooms. That was irresponsible because that would cause ear damage. It was absolutely deafening. Providing tea, snacks, or putting out free coffee the next morning would go a long way to showing goodwill. I’ve been paying nearly half the amount for rooms and getting a lot more. I probably won’t stay at another Hilton. I’m not interested in paying for the name.

Nice room and very comfortable. But I would suggest complementary coffee starting at 5:00AM. Many people are leaving early even on the weekends. Otherwise the hotel was pleasant.

Stay was good overall, the $15 breakfast “buffet” was excessive after paying over $400.

I thought to be odd that I went down to the continental breakfast and all i had was a glass of apple juice and the attendant took my room number and said there was an extra charge for getting breakfast of like 14.00 dollars i hope i didn't pay that for a glass of apple juice

As soon as I open the door to our room it smelled like a dog kennel. One of the two elevators was malfunctioning because the door was stuck and wouldn’t close.

Initial check in was delayed due to hotel experiencing a water main break. Hotel lobby was very clean but warm. Room was very clean as was the bathroom.

The stay was amazing my family had a blast and the staff was outstanding! Made us feel at home and always had a smile on their face will be going back every time we are in New Mexico!

Across from a large Intel campus, this Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is adequate and inexpensive. The exercise room is small but useful, as is the pool.

Room smelled like smoke covered by air freshner. Pillows are absolutely horrible! They go completely flat even with two pillows.

Not up to standard. Room to small. Breakfast not included. Just Not worth what it costs. I thought it would be more luxurious for what I was charged. I guess the name is what I was charged for. I’ve been in a lot better for a lot less. The only thing I do approve is the staff, they were excellent.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We traveled to Rio Rancho to visit family. We will definitely stay here agsin.

Very pleasant, clean and quiet. Staff is friendly, efficient and professional location was convenient for me. Would highly recommend this establishment for it's overall comfort and cleanliness.

Except for the roaches in the room by the pool which was changed after the problem was solved. Put us on the 3rd floor in a room with agoining room but ok after that.
