Highlights: staff is very friendly and always prepared to address problems/issues (our A/C was not functionning), great breakfast
Lowlights: the hotel is suffering from lack of investments (A/C not functioning in several rooms, rooms look partially “used up”), if you make pre-arrangements (dinner, spa treatment) make sure they are confirmed

It's a very nice hotel. The employees are professionel and serviceminded. However, we missed some facilities in order to call it a 5-star hotel. 4 stars is more correct.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing. We arrived late at night and the staff was so helpful with everything. I wish I could have stayed another day!

The hotel is wonderfully situated, not far from the centre of town, with good parking facilities. The staff were professional and friendly.

Great hotel. Awesome staff, bar, pool, sauna and overall environment. Elevator seemed a bit shaky as we got stuck in it multiple times and had to press the floor button a couple of times to get it to let us out. The only real complaint was that the pillows were really too soft (I know right) but it was like there was nothing to support my head while sleeping so they were way to soft with no support. Woke up feeling like I had whiplash because of the lack of support. Minor complaint I suppose. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Fantastic place and amazing service. Friendly, worked with us as foreigners in their country for the first time, and bent over backwards taking care of us. Highly recommend it. Also, LOVE the lady that cleaned our room and took care of us…like a loving mother.

Good location close to castle and Altstadt. Welcoming atmosphere. Very nice and extraordinarily clean room. Fine breakfast in courtyard.

Very nice hotel in a great location with easy access to Celle. We stayed Monday night, a bit unfortunate, as their supposedly very good restaurant is closed Mondays. At arrival we were given an “upgrade” though it seemed more was a “downgrade” from the room type we had booked. Very strange. But quickly fixed. Otherwise all good and friendly service.

Excellent stay at this very nice place with a good location in Celle. Everything very good. The only slightly negative was the price for a small buffet breakfast at EUR 28/guest We skipped that one and instead enjoyed excellent big breakfasts at the local coffee houses in old town (appr. 20-25 for 2).

Nice location, but not good for stay on warm days, since no aircondition. Not quite 5 star hotel (beds not the best on top floor with low ceiling.
Remember to book time for breakfast.

Great location. Nice room - very clean. Super service. Only wish fir Palio Restaurant not to be closed on Mondays and Tuesday. Definately at five Star experience.

I liked the little garden in front of the hotel where one could sit under trees and have a nice meal.
