Great view of the ocean and super friendly staff all day1

Honestly the first time we had to check out because of Hurricane Debby, so not the resorts fault. But the room had a bag of chips behind the bed nudged between the bedside table. Not good. Also black mold in the bathroom along the shower tiles. They seriously need to remodel some of the beachfront rooms because they are not as clean or attractive as they once were. In the future we will stay in the Oceania Building even though it’s not beachfront, it’s newer and cleaner. Separate toilet area makes its nicer. Echo’s Sunday Brunch was disappointing. The bar is always a fun place. The lobby people need to be more on their toes regarding helping guests with luggage or at least providing luggage carts.

Easy walk to the pools or restaurant. My grandkids love it because of the 3 pools and hot tub … they would stay in all day. The poolside bar offers food and frozen drinks without alcohol which they love!

Love the King and Prince. Everything about it. Just went for our 47th anniversary. Went there for our honeymoon in 1977 and twice in between. Got to be one of the nicest places to stay right on the ocean.

Wonderful family outing to have a beach day. The pool was very crowded but not with kids in the kiddie pool it was adults. No fault of the hotel but we couldn’t enjoy the pool. The beach was where we ended up staying there were towels on every chair but everyone was in the pool. Not blaming the hotel for this but it’s very hard to explain to a little kid. Overall a great place to stay just don’t expect to use the pool

Great hotel! Rooms are a little dated but the service totally makes up for that. Loved the kids activities at the pool daily and the relaxed feeling…not uptight at all even though it’s a nicer resort. Jordan, our waitress at the pool, was amazing too.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Room service and dine in service at Echo restaurant on property was fantastic. Beach was only steps away, and sunning poolside while overlooking the beach was amazing. Didn't hear other guests from inside my room at all.

I was disappointed that my room didn’t have a closet or wardrobe to hang my clothes. I brought a hanging bag with my clothes and couldn’t hang them up anywhere in my room.

The property is extremely dated, and not worth the price. They do not accurately represent the rooms online. The rooms are dated, and dirty. We had mold in our bathroom, the shower curtain smelled of mildew, and the tub/shower did not drain properly. There was dirt from the exterior on the interior of the doors to the balcony. The balcony chairs were falling apart. The carpet had gum on it and the bedding was ill fitted, and thin. The air was set on 65 and never went below 71. The only thing positive about the property was the location and easy beach access. I

Is our stay was great. My only negative feedback was that the room was a little worn. There was a little mold in the bathroom and coffee spilled on the wall. Carpets is carpets are also getting a little funky. The rest of the resort was great. Pool, pool bar staff, Food and wait staff at Echo were excellent.
