This Holiday Inn was one of the best ones I have stayed at. The breakfast was especially good. The room design was good.

When i checked out both men at front desk were rude, non personable and will make me never visit this location again.

The property is in a great location and from the outside is beautiful. The interior decor is beautiful as well, however, it needs LOTS of TLC. There was dog poop on the floor of the elevator for thrre days! Several electrical issues (lights not working, ceiling fans not working, flashing LED lights, missing light fixtures, etc), the pool was so dirty, just to say a few things. On a plus, the breakfast was worth waking up early for. It was delicious and the ladies were so sweet. Biggest issue is the pictures of the room on this website are all the same, which leads you to not getting the room you thought you were getting. Go look at the different room types and you will notice all the pictures are the same. There is a huge difference in room size. Very disappointed with having a much smaller room than I thought I was getting for my family.

I would not have any issues with the hotel, except that I could not get past the fact that the halls and particularly the room smelled like old, musty smoke odor. Even the sheets! Also the water pressure was terrible.

The “lake view” room is not! I booked a lake view for my wedding night to be romantic. I look out the window & all I see are thick trees. Oh and squint to see the lake over in the corner. I can deal with the one huge water bug in the bedroom. But don’t advertise & make me pay extra for a lake view room that doesn’t have a lake view.

Too many HORRIBLE things about this property to name, from the roaches to lights not working to dirty rooms to the GM(Jon) stating "Oh I'm sorry" which is useless. Will Never stay here again on a business trip and not recommending to anyone. Just stay at Super 8 or under the highway instead.

Complained about the water pressure in my bathroom sink, but nothing was done about it.

The lady at the front’s attitude was atrocious. We can specifically for the pool and when I asked her why it was closed and why it wasn’t online she told me it was and it was my fault for not seeing it. I was visibly upset and so she offered to cancel my reservation so I accepted ( loosing 200 Expedia points btw because those don’t get refunded). I also got online after mad it does NOT state it on Expedia that the pool is closed.

Pool was closed and couldn’t get a refund for the night i wouldn’t stay. We rented the place for the awesome pool and couldn’t use it

The hotel was nice and clean my only problem is I still haven't received my deposit back for my incidentals it been a week now

Customer service was good. Room was clean. But tv was crooked, light was taped on the ceiling & the sheets felt like paper.
