One elevator not working with so many people

I love the size of the room. It has a lot of space. The location is good because it is in a safe neighborhood; Walmart and Sam's Club are a walking distance, literally 10 mins away. Many restaurants around the property such as IHOP, Mexican food and and burgers. They have four pillows per bed and one in the close, we booked a double room.

I rented the room in this specific hotel because of the gym. All the equipments, the treadmill and the bike did not work. The equipments were outdated and have been patched a couple of times. The only thing is to lift free weights. There is only one elevator working and during breakfast time it takes time to catch the elevator.

big spscious room. staff was friendly and helpful. hotel was clean and was astetically pleasing.

breakfast was cold, and the bathroom was a lil jenky and the faucet appeared to be pulling away from the wall.

I enjoyed the stay, very friendly staff. Nevaeh was great.The lady in the heels was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Estelle was very nice and helpful. To the whole staff, I want to thank you all for the hospitality you gave us.

The only thing that I didn't like is that I think every room should have a microwave in it.Some people can't stomach some of the food that is warmed up and have to clean the microwave from the prior person. The refrigerator doesn't get cold like it supposed to,and the tub the sprout needed to be fixed..

Breakfast was super/and the location were great me and 7 others family members had rooms there. We were attending my brother funeral,but throughout it all the stay were very convenient.

Several pillowcases had some sort of yellow stains. To me it looked like body fluid. It was pretty disgusting and makes me question the cleanliness of other things

The location was just right. Felt secure. Bed was super comfy. Base just looked bent. Fridge super cold. Breakfast was on point each time.

The sink in room was draining very very slow. I figured when we asked housekeeping to clean our room that she would notice and take care of. But guess not. Just dealt with it.The shower design was nice but floor still gets wet. Bed base and rug needs an upgrade.

Beds were comfortable.

Our room was not cleaned, it seemed like it was a light clean since there was still things underneath the bed skirts. There was even a shaving razor behind the mirror.

Breakfast was great. The sweet lady who checked us in that afternoon was fantastic. Great sense of humor and was a great face to see and talk to when first arriving! She was so friendly.

The hot water in our room barley worked (511) It was luke warm. Both of our rooms were not up to the level of cleanliness expectations. There was stains all over the comforter and curtains in room 511. The thermostat in room 511 also didn’t work. The carpets were dirty. Bathroom door had not been cleaned in who knows how long, there was some sort of gunk on it. Even my 7 year old noticed it. In room 510 the shower curtain was long and before showering, the curtain was moved back and a lot of long hair was in the tub. Attention while cleaning was absolutely missed.

The lobby/ entrance area was really nice and well kept, and there was plenty of food/shopping nearby.

The pool was extremely dirty and the hot tub was cold.

There were bed bugs in my room. And when I reported it they told me I was lying. The accused me of bringing the bed bugs instead of fixing the issue. We left the hotel at 4am to head home because we just couldn’t stop itching.

Couldn't get a receipt, was told booking.com would get me one, booking.com says get it from them, 4 phone calls later and still no receipt. Listening to hold music currently and extremely frustrated.
