It was clean and modern. Nicely updated. Coffee stations with real cream.(great for coffee drinkers) excellent breakfast. Great staff. Nice work out facility.

The staff was amazing, but the best part of my stay was Ms. Pat who serviced the guests during breakfast time. She is definitely a gem.

Check in was pleasant. Had trouble with remote. Clerk came up and changed the tv remote.
We mentioned that we saw a couple of dogs he said they only let certain homes have pets. Then my husband noticed a strong Dog Smell in the room.
Then we heard a dog barking loudly in the hall and also in our room.
Breakfast was late at 6:45 and it was not good.

We've been staying in the Nashville area for years, and this was my favorite hotel stay by far. The room was so spacious, comfortable, and lacked nothing. The staff was super friendly, and the fun lobby and firepit by the entrance was endearing. We'll come back for sure.

They only charge $25 for incidentals and it goes right back on card sometime after check out. Breakfast was good also.

This is my second time at this location. All went well. I missed the daily housekeeping though. Staffing as always pleasant. Thanks!!!
