Possitive: nice staff who were sorry for all the issues and tried to help and offered 2 bottles of wine for free, wonderfull spa with views, good breakfast
Negative: well... we had a room with "city view" where you are looking into the wall and right next to it there is a pub which is noisy and not closing outside space at 10pm. We hardly slept most of the nights. Other issue was with cleaning. I think they cleaned our room once. Two times we had to change our bin... that is riddiculous

Beautiful modern hotel. Fire alarms went off from 2-4 am. Workers did not know how to shut it off and had to wait for a repairman. They did not offer to change our room. Then constructions worker started working right outside our side of the hotel at 6am. Very frustrated with losing hours of Sleep!

We've been there twice. Clean and comfortable, just 5 min to city center. Parking, drinks in room, and breakfast are all included. Wellness center is under construction behind hotel building.

Hotel's location is very convenient - in the historic center of the town, close to the main square and to the castle. It is easy to find it. It was recently renovated, has a nice and quiet garden with a beautiful swimming pool and perfect landscaping. The breakfast was fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying there.

On our arrival the room we checked in both with my husband had a problem with its thermostat. The hotel staff/management immediately reacted to the issue and upgraded the room to minimize the problem and our discomfort. Once we had finally settled down we enjoyed the whole stay. The room was clean, modern looking with a wonderful bathroom and the breakfast was simply divine. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.
