Very convenient location. Less than 10 minutes to Mather Sports Plex. Small but nice indoor pool for swimming year round. Free hot breakfast is good with the make your own waffles and sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes. Bagels, toast, muffin, oatmeal and cereal too! Only down side is you have to pay for parking.

This hotel has a great location easy right off the freeway and lot of great shops close by. I was a little disappointed when I checked in because I had reserved a room with one king size bed and when I got to my room it was a double queen so that was a little disappointing. Also the mirror in the bathroom was smudgy and dirty and not a huge deal but a pet peeve of mine.

Usually like Hampton Inn for comfortable beds, However the beds this trip were old and not as good as previous experiences. The staff and property however were nice and the team at front desk very professional.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. This is now our go to place when we go to Sacramento. It’s OK that it’s a little bit farther away because the location is really good.

I had an awful experience at the Hampton Inn and believe I deserve a refund.
1. My Lexus had its wheel caps stolen overnight in the hotel parking lot, for which I was charged $14. This fee is unjustified as there was clearly no security provided.
2. We had to change rooms three times due to serious issues. Every restroom door was broken, and one room had an AC unit that short-circuited, making us feel unsafe.
3. The rooms and common areas were in terrible condition and poorly maintained.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

There was nothing about the room that makes it better than Best Western, Holiday Inn or any other similar hotel, which, I would say, DO NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING. The carpet coming out of the elevator on the 3rd floor was dirty. The food was barely eatable. We were very unhappy.

This property was great. There is even Sunday church services. The staff were very friendly and kind. Everyone was very kind and treated guest respectfully like they appreciated you being there!
