Overall it was affordable and comfortable. It was a quick last minute trip. Stagf was friendly rooms were clean. Showers ate extremely small and have vwry little watwr pressure.

It was a room. We stayed over a week and they never offered to clean, collect trash or replace towels. Room was clean when we arrived though but had heavy stale odor. Okay for the price.

Bad and rude management pictures are not the same on internet

The room was clean however the shower door was broken and water out and spilled water outside the shower. Also elevator stated no more then 4 people at a time and the other wasn’t working and the cigarette smell from the casino was horrible but the rooms didn’t smell and were clean

Great front desk manager on Labor Day night-8 pm-wish you had a pool, but what are you gonna do? Sports Book? I didn't see one but I may have missed it-it was a quick trip. Great staff.

I did not actually stay the night I had reserved. It turned out that although it said ‘pet friendly,’ my cat could not be accommodated. BUT, I give it an excellent review on service since Jared at the front desk went above and beyond by making a few quick calls to find a nearby place that would allow my cat. Thanks again Jared! You are awesome!

Great for those of us who travel with pets. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Nice dog park. Railroad Pass will be our first choice when traveling through the area.

Staff was extremely rude. Including the manager Jared. We booked 3 nights stay and the 2nd night the airconditioning stopped working. Call front desk to advised the lady answering phone was so rude answering the phone. And I explain that the room was extremely hot she advised that there was nothing she can do about it. That the Hotel was full she said she will send an engineer to check on the air. It was around 2am then when the engineering arrive he said he will see what he can do about it that that was not his expertise. After checking on the air he said that there is nothing he can do. But said that he will bring a unit when he brought the unit he could not connect it because it had a different switch so he went down stair again and brought a fan the fan was disposing hot air it was 108 degrees at that time. So he brought another unit and it was throwing water on the floor got our tennis shows all wet. by this time was around 330am. We desided to go sleep in another hotel that we had to book because at this point it was not safe to staty the night inside 108 degrees for dehydration. Like around 8am we came back to the property to speak to the front desk and the rude lady was still there. We express our frustration regarding the whole situation at 2am with being without air conditioning on this extreme weather. And I asked for refund for that particular night that we could not sleep in the room for that purpose. She said she had no authorization to give me re

The people working there very helpful and friendly. It has a van that says guests shuttle but i dont think they use it. Personally i think that would be a great asset. I enjoyed my evening so it was worth it.

Security needs to be doing more rounds at night as we were woke up several times from people who sounded like they were having a party in the hall. Hotel is not bad for the price, casino was nice and small, very friendly bartender. I will be back again.
